The salesman I worked with, Jeff Matthews, was truly awesome. The dealership as a whole was friendly and low pressure, they worked with me and were willing to negotiate. They are also very honest, which isn't something that can be said for every dealership. I was wary of buying from a used car from a dealership because of the horror stories I've heard, but I have to say that the experience at Tony Brown Chevrolet was very good. I've been telling my friends and family they should shop for new vehicles there, that's how happy I am.

This dealer was our first we went to, and glad we did! They made everything so easy, and FAST! I picked out the vehicle, got approved and all. They had the paperwork all printed up and ready to go for my husband to sign off on! Took ten minutes! They were amazing, thorough, detailed, very helpful, and amazing customer service!!! This was the best dealer we have dealt with from all of the 5 previous cars we have owned. Thank you so much and we look forward to future business with you!

I found the vehicle I wanted on Tony Brown's Chevrolet webpage. It was exactly what I had been looking for. I called to make sure it was still available.Verified the price. I had already arranged my own financing. I went there and within hours I was on my way back home in a new vehicle. As a woman, purchasing a new car, you sometimes get treated as if you are not very intelligent. Not at Tony Brown's Chev, in Brandenburg, Ky. I was treated with the utmost respect. I got a great deal on my trade-in and two unexpected incentives. Thanks Guys, you are the best.

These guys are great. They get my truck in for the oil change and next thing ya know its headed over to get the tire rotated. Mean time they give me coffee, soda, & good conversations. They are all my friends and they always take care of me and my vehicles. I won't go anywhere else!

The fast service and freindly service you get when you get there is better than the fast service places. Their is no pressure to do more than what is needed.

We have purchased ALL of our vehicles from this dealership since 1997. We even purchased our children's vehicles from Tony Brown Chevrolet. We like them because we tell the sales rep. what we want and how much we want to spend. They find the vehicle we want. They have always found exactly what we wanted. Service is always great also. We will not go to another dealer.
