I purchased a car on New Years Eve 12/31/2011. I have never had such an easy experience buying a car. Our salesperson Cathy Stiefel was great!! My family and I are treated like "Family" whenever we go to the car lot. Everything was taken care of from beginning to end. Cathy even went beyond her call of duty to help my husband and I with a problem with my existing finance company. A call was made and the problem taken care of. All around a great experience, everyone was great!! Cathy has also gotten my daughter into a nice car as well. Really appreciate everything. Thank you, Sherry, Michael, Charisse, and Sabrina Monroe

I was shopping for a used car back in October and found one that I liked at Rick Matthews. I filled out the request for inormation on cars.com and sent it off. This was in the evening and I didn't expect a response until the next day. But Cat, the internet salesperson wrote me back almost immediately. We worked out the deal over the next couple days and I ultimately bought my car from Rick Matthews. Strongly recommend them.

I had the great pleasure to work with Cathy Stiefel, Internet sales consultant, and ended up buying a used car because of her diligence, professionalism, and pleasant demeanor. She went way out of her way (60 miles out of her way) to give me a ride to the dealership so that I could purchase a used corvette they advertised. And in no way was I "taken" for a ride. I've bought a LOT of cars in my lifetime and I can honestly say this was the most pleasant transaction I've ever gone through. I would highly recommend both this dealership and Cathy to anyone searching for a new or used car or truck. I can't say enough positives about the entire process.

I get employee pricing for GM products at any GM dealer in the country. But my overall buying experience has always been the best at Rick Mathews, Buick, GMC. From the showroom to the service technicians, even the body shop, everyone has one thing in mind... to please me and make sure I'm happy.

I brought in my Saturn VUE6 for my AC decided not to work in the heat of the summer. I had no idea what to expect, for it seems providing excellent customer service is not the standard anymore. Rick Matthews greeted me and to my surprise he recalled our conversation the day before & knew I needed a ride back to work, which he had already arranged. The driver was a delightful gentleman as well and I arrived to work with ease. Within a couple of hours I receive a call from Rick giving me complete information on what the problem and solution was & informed me my warranty authorized a car rental, which he had already arranged! The next call I received was Enterprise and within the hour I had a rental! Next morning, I receive a call that my Saturn is ready and in less than an hour I was in my wonderfully COOL Saturn. It was by far the easiest repair I've ever experienced! Customer service was outstanding and oh yes, the AC works like a champ! Thank you!
