My Husband and I were looking to buy a new 2012 Nissan Rogue. We had a salesperson come out promplty to greet us and take us on a test drive. We liked how the vehicle handled and asked if we could get the bill of sale. Needless to say it took Tom 5 days and still no bill of sale. My husband droped the Rogue off on a Friday night to tell him we will be going elsewhere to deal business since he couldn't give us the bill of sale. It's a shame when your trying to help your local community with business and there not lending a hand. Off to Wilkes-Barre we go! See ya Alexander Nissan!

My wife and I were in the market for a new 2012 Nissan Juke. I intially made contact with Alexander Nissan via the internet to inquire what models were available. I heard back very promptly from Shane Hartle who handles their internet sales. We made a visit to the dealership a few days later. The salesperson was extremely helpful. He offered to search other dealerships to find the exact model and color we were looking for. He kept in touch with us during every aspect of his search via email and phone. We felt absolutely no pressure to purchase a vehicle from this dealership as you do from others. The entire dealership worked behind the scenes to help with our purchase. We've purchased some 15 + new cars over our lifetime and would have to say that this dealership was the best that we have dealt with. They went above and beyond what my expectations were of a new car purchase. We would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Stopped in looking for a used pickup. Nick deFonte couldn't have been more helpful. I was very specific in what I wanted but he came up with a vehicle. From getting the truck, to putting fuel in to get it home, to letting my mechanic check it over they were great. Will tell anyone interested of our experience.

Overall, my experience with Alexander Nissan is second to none. The salesman I worked with, Mike Conner, was the best I've had the pleasure to deal with. He was courteous and pleasant, answering all of my questions without hesitation. I've purchased all of my cars at Alexander Nissan and I would recommend everyone else do the same.

I purchased my 2010 Nissan Versa from Blaise Alexander Nissan in June, 2010. I live fifty miles from the dealership with two others equadistant and I purchased from Blaise Alexander because I was promised a loner car if my car needed multiple days of service. On April 6, 2011 I brought my Versa in for repairs - the Navigation Unit stopped working along with the CD player and radio. I had a one-of-a-kind CD I use for work purposes stuck in the unit. First, I was told I could not have a loner for about a week and a half. I had to rent a car to go to and from work. Nobody returned my messages regarding the repair. I fought to get through to Service day after day for a week. Finally I called on the 12 of April and they said I could pick up the car. When I came in I was told they did not remove the CD and it was sent to the manufacturer who would send it back in about two weeks. In two weeks Parts said it could be two months. On June 2nd Parts said the old unit was sent to EUROPE and it would not be sent indefinately! I am sick of the run around. I spoke to the General Manager who became very angry on the phone when I explained the frustration. I felt I was lied to. The GM said it was the Service Dept. fault; the Service Dept. said it was the Sales Dept. fault for promising me a loner. Finger pointing all around. Of course, I never expect to get the CD back and I will never go to the Blaise Alexander Nissan ever again. I have been buying cars for 40 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. This dealership fits the old saying that once the purchase is made you are forgotten. I felt I was lied to and treated very badly. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH BLAISE ALEXANDER NISSAN - You will get burned!

had my free service done today and I am not impressed with the results, I know for a fact that some of the service checked off on the Multi-point inspection was not performed, my collant level was low when i brought it in and its still low, the differentials fluid. Also had fingerprints all over the hood. So I'am just a ltlle dissapointed in your service shop.
