First off the service manager is a two faced liar!!!! He flat out told me a lie after my service advisor had come out and told me the truth about my car. They throw parts at your car in hopes it fixes it. Then the service manager will come out and tell you some lie about how your car needed this part first to see if it fixed it. I would not recommend Shottenkirk Toyota service department to my worst enemy! I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by John Magliocetti. Must be nice to have his job and not have to answer to anyone when you get called out on being a bold face liar.

After some disappointing test drives we drove across the state Illinois to test drive a 2005 Toyota Sienna at Shottenkirk Toyota. I would do it again and probably will when my boys are ready to drive. The price was reasonable and my contact Annette Bruns was extremely helpful and professional. She had the van ready to view. Shottenkirk and Annette obviously take pride in their vehicles. It was one of the nicest used vehicles that I drove. The pictures looked good, but the van totally exceeded my expectations. I have purchased new and use vehicles and this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Thanks Shottenkirk Toyota and Annette!!!!!

I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota 4Runner from Shottenkirk Toyota in Quincy, IL. The entire process from start to finish was absolutely wonderful and they actually made purchasing my new 4Runner a lot of fun which is important to me! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and friendly customer service. I never felt pressured into any of the "extras" that can come with buying a new car and they explained everything thoroughly until I felt comfortable knowing that I was leaving with a vehicle that fit my every need and want, both in style and reliability. Thanks to Jamie Mundth, Lance Uhlmeyer, and Scott "Stu" Steward for a great experience and for going above and beyond to help get me in my new vehicle!!! I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a new or used vehicle!

He was very attentive to the specific needs of our family, taking us on several test rides, informing us of the many different vehicle options and special features, and ultimately helped us locate the perfect 4runner that best suited our family. We just bought a pre-owned Avalon from Shottenkirk. Matt Luhn was our salesman. He was awsome. We had a very bad experience at another Shottenkirk dealership, and everyone at Shottenkirk Toyota made our experience there a great one. They helped block out the awful one we had at the other dealership. I would highly recommend Shottenkirk Toyota to anyone who is in the market for a good used or new vehicle. Sarah Dodd was the best experience. I also have to say that the reason we bought the Toyota Camary was my husband. He has had a Toyota for several years. I was nervous about having to trade my car because of my past experience. I had the best experience with Sarah. She knew all the questions that I had, she was very personnable and perfessional.
