I wanted to send a quick thank you to Central Hyundai. I purchased a 2012 Accent from you yesterday and had a wonderful experience. The sales rep, Ed Joiner, was professional, friendly, honest and helpful. The sales manager, Filippo Marchionne, was also very friendly and helpful. They stayed late to help me get the car the same day. There were no surprises when I got to the finance office. I left with a full tank of gas and a big smile. Thank you Central Auto Group! Negotiating was amazing, Jimmy took incredible care of us and was very quick about reaching a fair and favorable price. He was very sincere and motivated. However this was my second trip and where I brought relatives to purchase a car. The reason I am writing this review is that the dealership ran my credit multiple times instead of my relatives' credit. I took a significant hit to my credit though it is slowly improving and even though I have made multiple requests for a resolution, one has been promised by the sales manager and everytime I ask him about it he says he sent it or he will call me. It has been since around March 2011 that I requested a fix.

Customer's credit was ran one time in error due to fact that he had same name as father who was buying vehicle. Credit score decreased by only a few points and is probably back to rating at time of error. Wrote letter explaining error to customer. He just came back with another relative and bought another vehicle from us.
