"Love this car, Traded in my Dodge Caliber for it pretty much only paying $7,000 on it since I got an okay trade in. This thing is like a tiger compared to my caliber. This car speeds up hella fast I have to be careful though so I dont take off like a bat lol. Love this car. Cozy seats"

"Got the 2013. The car rides well. Corners and road feel are excellent. The CS guys says its unrefined, well on testing for 25 mins. Show how much there worth. Had the car with the V6 engine. Outstanding performance for the buck. Also based on the insurance and trade in value of old car. Dodge offers a llot. Its one of the best cars on the road."

"Well I think the dodge avenger is a very good car. I rented one in Seattle for 1 week.Now the only thing is that I don't think that Dodge are very reliable cars. But because I like Dodge so much I only gave it 3 stars. So any ways the trunck was a little too small for me.OH AND I PUT USED IN AND JUST GETTING AROUND BECAUSE I ACTUALLY JUST HAD ON VACATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"We looked at the Avenger a couple years ago. loved the style but not the car. CV tranny was disappointing. Quality so, so. Then we test drove a 2012. They have come a long way in two years. Quality is way up there. The 3.6 engine is great. 6-speed automatic transmission is wonderful. We bought the R/T model. Have 9000 miles on it now and love it more today then the day we bought it. Yes it has tons of power, but we also get pretty good fuel mileage..average 29 with 34 on the highway!"

"Have a 2012 sxt-plus 283 hp 0-60 6.2 avg in town 25.2 freeway at 66 with the cruise on level ground 35.2 mpg pinch me I must be dreaming! Fast as last years HEMI charger and sips gas!!! Hybred this!!!"

"There is always that one car that has a few bugs with any brand. I bought my Avenger in may of 12. So far Its had both sets of brakes changed, its getting a new transmission, getting new motor mounts, fuel lines replaced, now its also getting a new steering coloum. It only has 4000 miles on it I am very un happy with this car. I have kids so I drive safe and dont drive stupid so I hope they can get it running like a car should."

"I had a suzuki forenza before i got the sxt avenger... NOTE never again will i drive a foreign vehicle! Since ive had this avenger it makes me feel like i finally got a car worth the money, very nice fast and smooth ride love the stereo system and interior also... Go test drive one you will love it!"

"I recently rented a 2012 Avenger on a trip to western North Carolina putting 1100 miles on it. While it had plenty of power, it was horrible on the winding roads. In the hills in the area when we would have to take a left hand banked turn the front pillar would block all view of the road and we were forced to follow the white line. And vision out the side window is also a joke. I'm about average height 6'0" and seeing was out either side was difficult always required assistance when changing lanes and backing up. The gas mileage was ok but compared to my '04 Accord it wasn't as good. The other two passengers thought that the seats were uncomfortable and interior was mediocore. The trunk space was ample but the back seat was cramped and getting carseat in and out was difficult."

"Purchased my Avenger 4 months ago and have 5,000 miles. I researched the car a lot on line before and after the purchase and the negative comments that the, "car experts" write about this car just are not true. The interior is the best in class with great head room and finishing touches that make you feel like you are in a high dollar vehicle. I find that the front and back driver and passenger room is mush better than the sonata and competitive with the camry. The trunk space fits my golf clubs and enough luggage for a family of three to be away for a full week. The car corners like it is on rails to coin a phrase and is very quit to drive. The options that are available at purchase are second to none. Give this car a try you will love the styling inside and out."
