This price range reflects the Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail value for all trim levels, but not necessarily all available options.
The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail value represents the amount an auto dealer might ask for a specific vehicle; the actual sale price will vary. A vehicle's popularity, condition, warranty, color and local market conditions are factors involved in determining a final price. The retail value is not a trade-in or private party value.
The Suggested Retail value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. The Suggested Retail value also allows for advertising, sales commissions, insurance and other costs of doing business as a dealer. Most vehicles offered at this price have passed an inspection, and some may carry a warranty. Vehicle mileage is assumed to be normal or below normal.

"'95 3500 Ram SLT Ext Cab Dually, cummins' 5.9 diesel, 5 speed manual. SLT was the top of the line in '95, we added Kelderman Air Suspension for towing. It has performed on every tasked we have asked of it. It is a truck, as such, it handles like one. It has spent it's life on the highway running 55mph for the most part, towing or hauling. At 205 thousand miles it still has 200 thousand left in her. Only major repairs has been to replace the starter and radiator. Looking forward to purchasing a 2010 Ram Dually diesel. The '95? It's a keeper, it has given us too many fun miles to be put out to pasture."
