"We purchased our 2010 Ford Escape Limited in October of 2010. We love the over all car style and automatic 2 wheel to 4 wheel drive. We just pasted 15k miles and the SUV is averaging 27mile per gallon and that?s a 50/50 highway and city driving. We would recommend this SUV to anyone that is in the market of one."

"This is a great vehicle, Just the right size SUV for us and our large dog. The 6 cyl has more than enough power and gets great gas milage. The visibility is outstanding. Ford keeps me buying American."

"I was looking for AWD and decent mileage as my main goals. Expected tiny and underpowered. Very surprised. Much bigger than I thought. 2.5 liter engine accelerates very nicely on ramps. 22 mpg avg. 26 mpg on highway. Did amazingly well during the last big snowstorm with traction and control. Pros: Plenty of room for 5. Ballistic nylon seats. Very good AWD. Mileage. Additional lower headlights for wide angle, great for dark streets around here. Only cons: Back seats do not fold down completely flat for cargo. Low towing capacity (I have another vehicle that can tow, so not a problem)."

"I'm happy with the Escape. I love the backup camera and the Sync System. It would be nice if the heated seats had at least two temperature settings, but its great to have them on cold mornings. It handles very well and is comfortable to travel in."

"This is the 3rd one of these we've had since 2004. The 1st one was "stripped" (4 banger, no options) for one of our daughters going to college. It made it through that, her brief golf pro career, a new marriage and now a banking job. 2nd one held up for another daughter finishing college and teaching inner-city for 3 or 4 years (she bought that one, loaded, when she got married). The new one is loaded and we love it - 9000 miles in 3 months with a trip to Oregon (from AZ), 2 trips to California and much Phoenix running around. Love the extra power this year, much quieter than the '04 or '06 and the Sync stuff is cool (even if I don't "get it" all)."

"Trying to be practical, I purchased the Ford Escape - one with a moon/sun roof was not in my budget but I really like the SUV....I would have preferred to have a convertible automobile because I am a convertible enthusiast...but my Escape has been a great little car so far....gas mileage is good and performance is good and is very roomy...."

"Have driven this incredible car for almost four months, and still love my new Escape. It has lots of storage, practicality, and good design, but also a great deal of fun! I bought the "Limited" trim package, and got everything I was looking for. Even though I wanted the 6 cylinder, I ended up getting a 4 cylinder, and still get a good bit of fire from the engine. No, it won't keep up with a Ferrari off the line, but I also won't have to refill in twenty miles either! The only draw back is how much Microsoft's Sync fights against my Apple iPod Touch. Sync is still a wonderful feature that I wouldn't give up, but I recommend getting a Microsoft-friendly or Windows Media driven device instead!"
