"We purchased this truck used from Davies Motors and both the truck and the dealership were outstanding. It replaces a Chevy 1500 and has more comfort, more power and overall is a great choice."

"We shopped for a few years until we finally found what we were looking for. It's difficult to find a good used full sized regular cab Ford truck with a long bed that's not been well worn."

"I purchaed a used 2009 F150 Crewcab. Was in the shop for bad Cam phazer, oil leak, check engine light came on several times. Sold it and purchased a new 2010 because I thought I had just got a lemon. New one was worse. Main brain went out before 12,000 miles, then an oil leak, then the check engine light, then a cam phaser and cylinoid. Traded it off for a Toyota Tacoma and bought an older Chevy (1991) to tow with. Never again."

"Third Breaklight leaked due to a faulty seal leaving a large water stain on the roof of my cab and costing me $170 to fix. Rear passanger door is not seated right causeing an annoying rattle when being driven. Electic Driver seat stoped working at 40,000 now the seat is stuck in place so my wife cannot drive the truck. Radio has internal fault and junction box bad at 48,000 miles. causing the Drivers display and heat to short every time the radio is turned on. And even when it is on, the radio produces no sound. The Ford quality really took a dive!! Ford refused to raplace the radio and junction box on a "good will" exghang and requested i give them another $800 to repair my $27,000 "cirtified" pre owned pickup i purchessed just about 7 months ago...... I will never buy another ford and i urge you not to wast the money too."

"I bought my f150 lariat 4 door short bed after coming out of a 06 pontiac grand prix GXP. Maybe thats why the performance doesn't seem so supercharged, There again that's apples and oranges. The comfort of the ride of the f150 is phenominal, quite on the road, firm yet not bumpy, floats, but not spongy, perfect balance. Mine is a 2wd and I loaded it with 1500 lbs. of lanscaping bricks the second day I had it. It handled the load very well with accelleration and braking, but did get pretty low in the rear. The outside styling is pretty sharp, some of the plasti-chrome on the grill doesn't seem too durable and ford could have done a little better with most of their wheel choices, but they fill the wells nicely. The interior is just awesome. I got the black leather and silver dash, I'm 6'1" and have to put the seat up to feel comfortable, it's super spacious. Power slider is a great feature along with the moon roof. I have three daughters and the back seat gives them enough room to sit far enough apart to not strangle each other. I definatley have had my eyes opend as Ford would not have been a choice I would have considered in the past. Bravo on the new styling guys, I've always liked GM products, but I really am enjoying my Ford truck. one thing that amazes me though, if you don;t have a chrome cover for the tail pipe it is not easy to find one that fits over the 2-7/8" exhaust unless your willing to shell out $75 to Ford direct."
