"I'm at 20k miles on my Fiesta and still love it more and more every day! I have an SES (hatchback) with the 6-Speed PowerShift automatic transmission; I did not opt for the Intelligent Access, leather trim, or heated seats. I bought the Fiesta for it's low MPG, low price for the features available, and styling. Some people have had trouble with the PowerShift, since it's a new technology for Ford, but mine has worked flawlessly. It isn't a "slushbox" automatic, you do feel/notice the shifting, but it functions very smoothly. The car learns your driving style the first 3k miles and the transmission and MPG improve noticeably after that. I'm a member of a Fiesta enthusiast web forum: www.fiestafaction.com/forums and have found the community to be help before and since I bought my Fiesta. I recommend it as a resource to any prospective buyers!"

"Purchase the 2011 Ford Fiesta, very good car so far getting around 41 miles per gal hwy The car is very smooth on the open highway Had a oil warning light come on at 4,000 miles Computer message said oil change soon Found answer in Driver,s manual in how to reset the oil warning message ,very simple to take out message , insert key in ignition, press brake and gas pedal at the same time keep both pedals down turn ignition to on position without turning the car on wait 60 seconds release both pedals ,the oil warning light should go away after you turn the ignition off and than back on. Everything else is great so far."

"About the only good thing I can say about this car is that it gets good gas milage. The things that I don't like are the transmission, which doesn't seems to know which gear it should when driving under 30 miles per hour. It will drive you grazzy in slow rush hour traffic. The car came with the Ford SYNC system, which very is very confusing and difficult to work. Lastly, the owner's manual states that the oil only requires changing every 10,000 miles or 12 months, which ever comes first. at 3700 miles the oil light came on with a massage indicating "engine oil change due next service".. When I asked the service manager at the dealship about this, he said he wasn't sure why the light and message came on but recommended that I change the oil. I called several dealership service managers and none could give me a good explanation why the light came on a 3700 miles. I contacted Ford and they referred me back to the dealership service manager. Bottom line is that I don't feel good at all about Ford or buying this car now."

"Great little car. Very comfortable on the highway and fabulous fuel economy. Last fill-up was 44 mpg. Much better than expected and exceeds EPA mileage. Comes with a raft of equipment not normally seen in most cars; especially a sub-compact such as this. It is extraordinary quiet on the highway and the ride is that of a much larger car. The biggest single beef I have is the lack of a volume control on the steering wheel. It is my understanding that European versions have this but for some reason Ford decided to delete this from the U.S. version. But the volume control is at arm's reach so it is not a deal killer. The other thing is the lack of an arm rest. I cured that with an aftermarket version that is quite good. The new 2012's have one, sort-of, that is somewhat like a van. Personally, I wouldn't like that but ours is a 2011 which accepted the after market version which I installed. I found that after a 300 mile trip I was still fresh and comfortable. And I'm big and tall so it should have plenty of room in the front for "regular" people. The rear is cramped, however. Ours is the sedan version which I personally prefer. Others seem to like the hatchback. Since we already had a hatchback of another brand I didn't want another. I would recommend this vehicle and the price is quite reasonable; at least what I paid. Be sure to get option 203a and the ambient lighting package."

"I've only had this car for 3 months so a review is maybe a bit premature. I drive a lot for work, so the sync and mpg rating attracted me. I drive city and highway equally and am averaging 35 mpg; I have a manual. With great mileage comes the trade off of less power though; you really have to work the onramp! I have the SES 5-door trim, I get compliments and looks daily. It is a great looking car. The interior is very nice too. Cramped in the back for tall passengers and not much storage in the rear though. The sync is like a skittish horse. You have to get a feel for how to get it to do what you want. I use it a lot for work and it primarily works but I always seem to have to choose whether I want Bluetooth or Line in, can't go back and forth like you're supposed to for your music. GPS works fairly well, can't complain since it's much cheaper to renew than other systems. It's free for 3 years. There are no storage compartments in the front. None. This is a problem. Also, the cup holders are too small for many cups. Finally, I have had problems with the front window assemblies. Have had it looked at once and now it is acting up again. Will have to have it replaced probably. I can think of nothing worse than having to spend my time at a dealership service dept when I have a 3 month old car. Frankly, this is the type of thing that made me leery of buying Ford in the first place. Fortunately the sun roof works fine, I used it every chance I get! Overall, because I drive up to 75 miles a day for work and I am a small car person, this car has been great for me. I've enjoyed it a lot."

"I bought this car because my commute is 60 miles and needed to save some gas money. I also drive & park in the city & wanted a car that would fit just about any place. I opted for the 5 speed manual and love it. The clutch is the easiest I've used and the shifting is smooth & easy. The car runs & drives great both on the highway & in the city. I am used to V8 cars & trucks so the engine in this car seems a little under powered, nothing that planning ahead with my shifts won't fix. The radio works great and so does the blue tooth phone. I can beat both the city & highway epa estimates. I'm averaging 39.4 on my daily commute. I bought the car used & haven't owned it long enough to comment about reliability, however, so far it has been great."
