"not at all reliable. nothing but problems. the transmission is jerking and grinding. not at safe when you have three kids in the car and it keeps seizing up on you! cheap plastic parts that break often like the front center console handle and the air vents that fall off the ceiling! i would recommend that anyone buy this car!"

"Bought a used Flexwith 50k on it. Ride is plush and sync package is outstanding! Mpg is running 18-20 depending on conditions. Cargo area is tremendous, but I wish it towed more!"

"Okay, so we hated the look of this car to the point of not even wanting to consider it (best described as "polarizing" - people love it or hate it), but once the dealer convinced us to sit in it, we were sold on it. Most comfortable vehicle ever ~ we have 5 kids and this car offers the best of all worlds for us....all-wheel drive for the snow, lots of interior space, flexible seating with fold down seats, sporty with the 3 moonroofs and great sound system, and all the space of an SUV but lower riding like a car. We couldn't be happier with our purchase, and we highly recommend a Flex to any family that needs space!!"

"We are a family of 5 with 3 young children. We've tried just about every size of vehicle built and this is it! Perfect size...not too big not too small. Fuel economy is good for what's available. It would be nice to get a little better gas mileage, but it's just not available yet."

"I've owned over 100 cars and trucks and this is by far the most comfortable, capable vehicle of all. It drives and handles like a much smaller vehicle yet rides as good as any of the luxury cars I've owned in the past. Long drives are a pleasure, the seats are great. My wife and I nearly fight to see who gets to drive. Liked the cool styling right away but waited till January to get a used 2010 with 17000 miles. With 30,000 now, it has been trouble free. Only wish now I had looked for the Ecoboost version. Hellllo Ford, are you trying to keep this car a secret. I would reccomend a Flex to anyone."

"My first Ford. We bought the car in February. So, far we love it. Very roomy, comfortable ride. Great on the high way. With two young boys, I can imagine a better car. Perfect alternative to a minivan. I was surprised by interior quality (much improved over the years). I like the Sync, works pretty good. You can tell it can still use some refinement. We also looked at: Odyssey, Honda Pilot, Sienna."

"Bought my Ford Flex (company demonstrator) in April and could not be more pleased. Ford is missing the boat by not advertising this fine vehichle. I have had two Lincoln Towncars and this is very comparable in ride, comfort, and performance. Gets interesting comments from passersby like "what kind of car IS that?" and "I thought that was a Cadillac at first." I also own a Chrysler 300 (2006) but prefer driving the Flex."
