"this van is way bettter than honda or toyota and personaly im more of a american car person but i just the thought the sienna and odyssey were ugly and didnt hav the best interior for the money and the base model sienna doesnt even have tinted windows! all i know is that this van is best of the best this car should be top pick and i dont know why the CR take magazine doesnt say the american cars are reliable it only says the jappanese are reliable i was just mad because our family has had better luck with ford and mercurys more than any car ever made but hondas to us are just under powered exspesive toys we think fords and mercurys and lincolns and EVEN chevy are all powerful and just as or reliable"

"This Van is the best car ever. we like the power and the MPG is better then we thought we get on average 26 MPG with the 4.2 you can never believe the numbers on there. plus we get all the safety feature that we needed. overall this van is reliable and very nice and the interior can take a beating from your kids."

"this van is way better then any honda or odyssey I've ever driven This van is awesome! power,space,and better it keeps the kids quiet on long trips with the DVD system and we didnt get the power doors because were always scared they will oper so we just get the regular doors. But overall this van is the best out there"

"My family needed a minivan so we went to the honda dealership and what do ya know we liked the odyssey but didnt deliver enough power it was very sluggish. Then we drove down the rode to the toyota dealership we got in a sienna we like drove it very strong and powerful but once we saw the price we said "no thanks!" VERY EXSPENSIVE so we went to the Ford dealership and fell in love with the freestar it had lots of strong power and yes its kinda like a truck in a way but its nice fit and finish is nice its comfy VERY NICE we got the SEL and the 4.2L It says its rated at 23 highway but we always get 25-27 its and excellent van and really deserves a look at!!"

"Big motor...4.2L... No go... Had to put new transmission with 50,000 miles.. It had 18,000 miles when we bought it. Never ran right when it was under warranty.. My 87 honda accord has more pickup... Very disappointed.. I won't buy another Ford... and this is my 4th Ford in a row..my last one for sure.."

"this is a great van for what it is needed to do if you need a hot rod don't look at a van had 2 fords and one chryslers like to ford best my wife likes better than suvs we have had 3 more room easier to park and get in and out of"

"I bought the minivan thinking that I wouldn't have worry about repairs. Was I ever wrong. It is now going back to the dealer for the fourth repair - all in 22,000 miles. If this is any indication of quality I won't be driving this vehicle too much longer - nor will I be buying another Ford."
