"I recently purchased a Ford Fushion on 3/5/2012. It is a very smooth ride. It is good on gas and it is a very comfortable car. The sound system is amazing. It has a lot of room and it has a "real trunk". The back windows roll all the way down which is not always the case in cars purchased today. I drive my car for everything: work, visiting, traveling, doing extra curricular activities. It is my only vehicle. I would recommend this car to anyone! Bountiful!"

2012 fusion sel loaded with 4 cyl

"I got the 4 cyl more for mpg. If its not a big deal then maybe opt for the v6. It really only lags a little. I have been between 22 & 24mpg combined so it's overall doing good. It also only has @ 1100 miles on it. But so far it's comfortable, has a lot of features to go with it. The only thing that's a bit odd is the heat controls and speed controls. But for the price, worth it. I looked at the Malibu and the Camry. Got a lot more for the money. If your looking for a good 4 door car consider this one."

"V6 ENGINE HAS GOOD POWER. QUICK ACCELERATION. GAS MILEAGE GREAT ON HIGHWAY BUT NOT SO GOOD AROUND TOWN. SIRRUS RADIO NICE. SYNC WORKS GOOD WITH I-POD. MP3 CD BIT A SLOW ON SONG CHANGE. TRANSMISSION WANT TO CHANGE UP GEAR TO SAVE GAS, BUT CAN USE MANUAL TO KEEP IN LOWER GEAR. THIS WORKS WELL FOR GETTING ON HIGHWAY. SOUND SYSTEM IS LOUD ENOUGH EVEN ON HALF WAY. BASS SOUND WILL MAKE THE CAR THUMP IF TURNED UP HIGH IF YOU LIKE THAT."

Love my Fusion

"I bought a 2012 Fusion last summer, it was a great car from the start. I got a SEL with front wheel drive. I love the exterior style of the car, the sound system is excellent and it is a very nice and fun car to drive. Performance in the snow is not great with the FWD version. Last week I went back to the dealer and upgraded to a AWD Fusion, got another SEL, same color. The AWD is much better on snow and ice and I love the way it drives. I would recommend the Fusion to anyone who is looking for a reliable and fun car to drive. If you live somewhere where it snows in the winter you should get the AWD, it will come in handy. The only thing I wish was different about the car is the climate control functions on the center console, the buttons are small, close together and set kind of low. Takes too much concentration off the road to adjust the climate in the car."

"I'm very happy with my new Ford Fusion! I didn't think I was ready to buy a new vehicle yet, but I wanted to start test driving to get an idea of what to buy when the time came. Although there were a handful of vehicles on my short list, the Fusion was the first and only car I test drove. I've owned it for almost two months now, and I'm confident it will be a great car. Gas mileage has exceeded expectations, it handles well, and it's very comfortable."

"The SEL that my wife and I have has surpassed all expectations. The 2.5- 4 cylinder performs well. Fuel economy ranges from 26 around town to 36 on highway. The best part of this car is that it is flat out fun to drive and has an outstanding balance of handling, performance and utility at an attractive price. Fit, finish and appointments are flawless."

"I bought my black Fusion SE back in September and already have over 7K miles on it. I drive it quite a bit. The best gas mileage I have gotten is 30.5 which is great compared to any other car I have bought. This car looks awesome when its clean, it also has a great ride and feels very well built. Ford did a great job with this car. The inside is very roomy and trunk is huge for the size of the car. If you want a good sized American car at a good price then this car is for you."

Very Substantial Car

"I originally planned to purchase a 2012 Ford Focus because I need a car that gets good gas mileage. I was skeptical of the quirky PowerShift automatic transmission and didn't like the radical "tuner" design of the 2012 Focus, so I test-drove the Fusion instead. I really needed another station wagon to replace my 2001 Mercury Sable, but alas, Ford no longer makes a practical, economical wagon. (I asked about importing a European spec Focus wagon, and the dealer laughed). The Escape has dismal gas mileage and a poor safety rating, so I bought the Fusion. I am very pleased with my choice. My only complaint is that a car with a trunk doesn't hold nearly as much as the "greenhouse" area of a wagon. However, I am enjoying a very comfortable, quiet ride and unexpectedly good gas mileage that matches our 2001 Ford Focus. The Fusion feels substantial and is easy to drive, although I won't be able to load it up at Home Depot like I did with the Sable wagon. Someday, station wagons just might return."
