"I had to trade in my 03 Chevy Silverado. It was a V-8 and powerful, fun, so useful it was hard to give up. That being said I had to give it up because it would have cost 3k for repairs and a 22 mile commute was killing me on gas. I traded it in for a Fusion. I knew I wanted one because I had done a vast amount of research. I was a loyal VW fan. I had owned 6 of them before my Chevy, and loved the German handeling charecturistics. VW quality though took a extreme hit then the Mexican plant started building its cars. So, Ford it was. I love my Ford. There are a couple of draw backs which are minor, and a few unexpected suprises. The biggest negative is the initial acceleration. It is laggy because of a computerized gas pedal. Honda has a drive by wire gas pedal which is hyper responsive. I love it. I also am annoyed by Sync. The concept is fantastic, but the voice recognition can be annoying if your face isn't tilted towards the celeing and you borderline yell. Now the positives are that it is fun to drive. I look forward to driving it to work. I love that if I drive easy, I can get 40 MPG on the hwy, and 33 on tiertiary roads as long as I don't "gun it". Stop and Go gas mileage is horrid though, but perhaps all cars are bad in stop and go traffic. In all, this is a fantastic American car, which rivals any of the tradional top cars of Toyota and Honda of its class. It is brand new so the reliability is still to be seen, but it's history of being reliable is what lead me to give it a 5. Good job Ford."

"This is a great car. We bought the S with a 6 speed manual so it feels a little sportier than the auto trans, but the engine is the same. It's smaller than the Honda Accord, but the handling makes it more fun to drive. It's roomy without feeling cavernous and has a surprisingly large trunk and back seat. It's comfortable for both my husband (6', 260lbs) and myself (5' 2", 130lbs) to drive. Absolutely no buyer's remorse here, just wish I could have found one in my price range with a sunroof!"

"I absolutely love everything about this car. We purchased back in Feb 2012 brand new, fully loaded with all the bells and whistles. I do not believe we left anything off the car. There is plenty of power with the V6. It just purrs right along and passing is fast, effortless and smooth. The interior is extremely comfortable. The sound system is phenomenom. The bluetooth and My Touch are easy to use. Love the ambient lighting and how you can change the colors. The body style is great and I get lots of compliments on my car. We bought the steel blue with the luxury leather interior. I love that everything you need is right at the drivers fingertips. There is plenty of leg room in the rear and adults can fit comfortbly in back as well. The gas mileage has been great. I love the car and Ford did a nice job. So far mechanically sound. transmission shifts without a flinch. The interior is spacious and quiet. The only thing I would change would be that it would have the memory for the driver's seat. Other than that you get a lot of car for the money. Thanks FORD for a job well done."

"I recently purchased a Ford Fushion on 3/5/2012. It is a very smooth ride. It is good on gas and it is a very comfortable car. The sound system is amazing. It has a lot of room and it has a "real trunk". The back windows roll all the way down which is not always the case in cars purchased today. I drive my car for everything: work, visiting, traveling, doing extra curricular activities. It is my only vehicle. I would recommend this car to anyone! Bountiful!"

"I got the 4 cyl more for mpg. If its not a big deal then maybe opt for the v6. It really only lags a little. I have been between 22 & 24mpg combined so it's overall doing good. It also only has @ 1100 miles on it. But so far it's comfortable, has a lot of features to go with it. The only thing that's a bit odd is the heat controls and speed controls. But for the price, worth it. I looked at the Malibu and the Camry. Got a lot more for the money. If your looking for a good 4 door car consider this one."

"V6 ENGINE HAS GOOD POWER. QUICK ACCELERATION. GAS MILEAGE GREAT ON HIGHWAY BUT NOT SO GOOD AROUND TOWN. SIRRUS RADIO NICE. SYNC WORKS GOOD WITH I-POD. MP3 CD BIT A SLOW ON SONG CHANGE. TRANSMISSION WANT TO CHANGE UP GEAR TO SAVE GAS, BUT CAN USE MANUAL TO KEEP IN LOWER GEAR. THIS WORKS WELL FOR GETTING ON HIGHWAY. SOUND SYSTEM IS LOUD ENOUGH EVEN ON HALF WAY. BASS SOUND WILL MAKE THE CAR THUMP IF TURNED UP HIGH IF YOU LIKE THAT."
