Cars.com Hosts Free Webinar to Help Dealers Boost New-Car Sales

Cars.com (www.cars.com) announced today a webinar focused on helping dealers maximize the performance of their new-car leads program. The free, hour-long event, "New Year, New Sales: Process and Persistence Help Win the Business," begins at noon ET on Jan. 11. It is part of Cars.com's monthly DealerADvantage LIVE webinar series.

The webinar will offer proven tips for acquiring and managing new-car leads that can improve closing rates and drive more new-car sales. During the session, Cars.com group product manager Allison Sowers and a panel of successful internet sales managers will discuss how to:

- Identify quality new-car lead providers
-Define new-car lead acquisition and management processes
-Implement email and telephone processes that drive customers to the store
-Improve closing ratios and lower per-sale costs

"Desking more new-car deals begins by working with lead providers that connect you with in-market, ready-to-buy shoppers and sticking with your sales processes.
