The free, hour-long event, "New Year, New Sales: Process and Persistence Help Win the Business," begins at noon ET on Jan. 11. It is part of Cars.com's monthly DealerADvantage LIVE webinar series.
The webinar will offer proven tips for acquiring and managing new-car leads that can improve closing rates and drive more new-car sales. During the session, Cars.com group product manager Allison Sowers and a panel of successful internet sales managers will discuss how to:
