Most-Targeted Cities
Each year, the National Insurance Crime Bureau releases rankings of vehicle theft hot spots. The NICB reviews FBI data on vehicle theft to determine the most-targeted metropolitan areas. In 2011, Fresno, Calif., topped the chart as the nation's auto theft hot spot.
