"This is my first Honda. My previous car was Mercedes-Benz, E class. So, it was a hard decision to switch Mercedes to Honda. I would never imaged that Crosstour will be so great car to drive. I like almost everything in Crosstour, off course there are some things better on Mercedes, like u turn and mirror back view are much better on Mercedes. However, I like Honda Crosstour, even I have EX model, the base one, front wheel drive. Gas millage seems much better in the city, if I compare to my Mercedes E320, 4MATIC, (21 gallon-270milles in city) so on, I have no problems. I got lease for $300 per month+$400 down. Great deal for a great car."

"I have read and heard so much noise about the Crosstour on the net. All I can say is drive the car yourself. It's unique and the ride and comfort is excellent. I had a Venza (cheap plastics and subpar built quality overall), test drove the Murano (pricey if you want basics like a sun roof, which should be standard) and every other "CUV", the CT was different. The lines are sleek and you have to look at it from all angles to really appreciate what Honda was trying to do. I would like to see a BLIS system because the rear window does limit visibility some what. However, on balance it is a unique vehicle that breaks out of the typical CUV look. Trust me, once you test drive the vehicle, your opinion will be favorable. Very balanced vehicle overall. Other vehicles are pricey and the CT EX-L includes most of the features found in the higher end CUVs and luxury brands. If you want ordinary and mainstream the other CUV's should work for you. The CT is a niche vehicle and fits me too a tee."

"Seems to downshift when I take foot off accelerator and I do not like that feeling. Called dealer said all Hondas do that, I am not sure about that answer, anyway I do like the car, it is black and it is quite stylish looking although they say it is a design error. I do like the look but it is a car not a cuv or suv as it is mentioned. Wish I could get it to stop downshifting all the time off the gas, downshifts, on the brake downshifts. Hard to get used to. "My last few cars have been SUV's and Wagons. I thought I would go back to a sedan this time. Then I saw the Crosstour and found out I could have the sedan with the utility of an SUV/Wagon. The Crosstour has good power. The ride is superior. It has all the features just about anyone could want. I have only found one flaw...Honda does not offer Free Roadside Assistance for the length of the warranty. I thought all cars came with that these days."

"Wow this car really exceeds my expectations on the highway. Took this baby out to route 78 to see what she was made off. After seeing the state trooper on occupied on the other side of the highway. I opened her up. Could not believe how sturdy and comfertable I felt at 120 mph. She was ready to go all the way before I had to pull her back. Whoa Baby. Very nice also while cruising in town with the family. Rear visibilty is a little difficult get back up sensors for safety and parallel parking. Nice vehicle for the family or fun."

"I wanted an Accord but the trunk was too small for road trips; my wife wanted a CR-V but the 4 cylinder engine was too weak. We drove out of the dealership in a Crosstour EX-L. The exterior is different but not unattractive. It will grow on you. The hatchback-sedan design is in vogue - the BMW X6 or 5 series GT and the Porsche Panamera come to mind. This is a bit more practical and affordable than those alternatives. Inside it is actually quite luxurious and has all of the electronic amenities you would want including navigation, ipod integration, handsfree calling, and a backup camera. The latter is essential as the rear vision is limited due to the hatchback design. The higher ride height is comfortable, but it is not so high and unwieldy like an SUV. Performance is excellent with its V6 and it does not need premium fuel - an added bonus. Having 270 hp on tap makes this a great car to navigate highways or unload it on the open road. The rear seats are very roomy and surprisingly have good head clearance for a 6 footer. The trunk swallows up luggage easily for trips without needing to fold down the rear seat backs. We have no regrets and are quite pleased with our Crosstour."

"I've owned my Crosstour for 2 months/2500 miles and I LOVE it. It has great acceleration, it handles very well, and it's a comfortable, secure, quiet ride. The exterior styling is beautiful (I've gotten more comments/compliments about this car than any other I've ever owned) and the interior is (as always with Hondas) thoughtfully designed. It is also very roomy and comfortable. I live in a climate with a lot of winter snow and ice and the 4-wheel drive is fabulous; with all weather tires, it performs as well as my husband's SUV with studded snows. My only complaint is that the visibility out the rear window is not great -- not terrible, but not great -- and it takes some getting used to. On every other count, I'm thrilled with this car."

"I love the 4-wheel drive. This car is very secure in all weather: dry, rain, and especially deep Michigan snow where I live. The interior is very well laid out and although the radio controls seems "busy" at first they are easy to master. No problems of any kind in the first 3,000 miles. Mileage averaging 18-21 (regular) overall, not quite what I had hoped for. But when I need the V-6 it really rocks so I guess that is worth it."

"I have about 500 miles on my new Crosstour and it's great. Lots of room - our Thanksgiving trip with my wife and I, two college boys and their younger sister was more comfortable for all than my wife's Lexus 350RX. It handles as well as my old Audi A8 in the snow and show plenty of pop when needed on dry roads. The interior fit and finish is tasteful, not plastic and easy to keep clean. And the avioinics package (Map, Telehone, Contacts, Radio, etc.) is powerful and easy to use. I especially like the ipod feature and the ability to make GPS entries when the car is in motion (unlike my wife's Lexus). The cons are minor: The "eco" phase of the engine when it drops cylinders off-line makes the car balk on occasion. Easily solved with more accelerator but just not perfectly smooth. Also, the GPS does not provide the traffic option, which I would have liked. In short, its the perfect new car for the era. It's AWD, high tech and roomy. And it's well under $40K, which for me makes a more comfortable buying decision in this economy. Plus it's a Honda, which implies that it will last."
