"The navi is better than my gps. Love the heated seats and the 6 disc cd player. Can't wait til summer to open the sunroof. Trunk has lots of space. Leather seats are a lot better for keeping clean."

"Was purchasing a Honda Accord after driving a BMW 740iL for years. The styling of the Honda Accord is so-so. It looks like it was a prototype to every other midsize sedan on the market for the 2006 year. With the V6, it accelerates well and feels like a powerful car, but it just doesn't live up to the pricetag to have bought it new ($30,280 with nav, like mine). Driving a white midsize sedan definitely takes you off the radar, but it doesn't help your feelings of power and style. It has been a pretty reliable car after buying it with 42,XXX miles on it, and now having passed 127,2XX miles after almost 5 years. Most of my driving has been on highways since I purchased my Accord, with about 17 city/25 hwy on regular gas with the 5 spd automatic. The electrical and technological systems have held up nicely, with only replacements of the battery and a damaged cable under the seat. Repairs are easy to perform and parts are readily available, which was the main motivation for moving from a large luxury car such as the 7 series BMW to the Honda, and insurance rates and my tag are much more manageable too. One thing to note with Honda and its navigation system equipped cars is the graphics for the on-screen map displayed. It is not as descriptive and detailed as newer, more connected systems, but the voice command function with the nav equipped Accord works much more intuitively than the Sync system I tried with the newer and more expensive Taurus and Fusion."

"Reliable, gets me to where I'm going. Great on gas. Great acceleration in my v6 manual with the whole family and a full trunk. Heated full leather seats and satellite radio is a must. If you love to look at cars and drive them as much as I do, it's a no brainer."

"Back in April, the transmission went out on my 1999 Toyota Camry. I knew I had to get a new car because the cost to repair was more than my car was valued at. Immediately I started thinking back to the 1994 Honda Accord I used to own and I wanted to go back to Honda. I love the way they handle and the smooth ride. Luckily, the internet sales manager at a local dealership had just traded in his 2006 Honda Accord with only 43,500 miles. I love this car. It has plenty of room for my two kids in the back, yet sporty for a "mom mobile". I would recommend this Year/Make/Model to anyone looking for a reliable car and I guarantee, you will not be disappointed."

"This is my second Accord that I currently own, its a 2006 V6 coupe, manual transmission. Performance definitely exceeded my expectations and its quite the upgrade from their previous V6 engine. I would recommend a cold air intake upgrade, to allow the v-tec engine to breathe better. Overall great car if you're looking for performance and reliability."

"I have owned many different cars through the years. This Accord is the first foreign car I have ever purchased. I must say the Accord SE is the best car I've ever owned! I bought it new in 2006 and now have just crossed 90,000 miles. I have only replaced the tires once at 70,000, battery at 80,000 and rear brake pads at around 60,000. The car drives, sounds, rides like a car with less than 30,000 miles! Everything still works! I remember buying other cars new and by 45,000 miles they were "tired" and on most I had already needed to fix things that should not have broken with so few miles. I would then get the "car bug" and start looking for a new car because I could not rely on the car. I just came to expect it over the years until I bought this car, my first Honda Accord. I have been so impressed with the quality and reliability of this car that I purchased an Odyssey as well and have had the same results. This car has made me a Honda man and I will not buy another brand until I see them match reliability results like these. Even then I may not leave Honda unless another company makes a car with abilities I need that a Honda cannot provide (ie. large pickup). American car companies will not likely match this reliability for a long time if ever. I will not likely buy another American car but I don't feel bad about it. This Accord and it's parts are made in America by American workers. Thats more than you can say for a Ford Focus (Mexico) or Chevrolet Silverado (Canada). Yes I am supporting a foreign company... one that builds the best product."

"This is my first time with Honda?s. I have to say that I am really pleased with it.. although this is not a BMW, the car does deliver on performance even though I have 4C not 6. the gas mileage is good, the comfort is great and the interior design is functional the reliability is fantastic and overall I think this is one great car for the money. I would recommend it!!"

"I bought it used at 26K and since then drove 24K in one year. I have said it's a great commuter car as I drive 100 miles per day and with cruise control set at 68mph, I'm getting 36mpg during winter without AC and 31~32mpg during summer with AC on. It is very quite on freeway and very manuevable in the city. Good performance for a 4 cylinder engine, my friends who sat on the car thought it is a V6 becuase it is so quiet and powerful. With my previous Honda experience, I have no doubt this car will last at least 200K. Excellent bargain, I would not consider Civic anymore for the used price I paid for this Accord mainly due to confort, road noise, and gas mileage. Highly recommended for daily commuters!"
