"We bought ours with 102k turns out it was traded in because of transmission issues. After some time looking on the internet it is a very common problem with all Odyssey vans, Honda did a poor job on these. Everyone is haveing the problem at some point, the other problem is there is no fix, new tranny, but it's being replaced with the same ones that have the problem no upgrade. Stay away unless you have money to burn."

"I have the EX-L model, and I LOVE this van! I don't like that the check engine light comes on often (then goes back off again when I fill up with better gas), but other than that, we've had no problems. It's stylish, and has all the bells and whistles I could want."

"Enhanced power over my 1999 model. Smoother, quieter ride. More power. Styling?, hey- it's a minivan. Keep a sports car for your ego. Seats are more comfortable and sound system is great. Would give 5 stars all around if we were comparing it to what's available from other mfgs. But hey, it could always be a little more stylish, and could also be a little less expensive. Well worth the money."

"after owning a 03 Pontiac Montana and pouring money into it for 9 months, i decided it was time to trade it in. after researching the Honda Odyssey, i went with that, even though it was going to be a stretch financially. it is SO worth it! there is enough space to put 3 booster seats AND two car seats and still have room for all their stuff and other passengers. everyone has plenty of room and doesn't complain!"

"I bought this 2006 Odyssey after I totaled my 206 Odyssey (in a heavy rain, late at night, going 60 I hit an unoccupied, disabled car involved in an accident some 10 minutes before I got there). I walked away uninjured but for a small burn and scrape on my left hand. If Honda can do this once, it can do it again. Many terrific features: 3 storage compartments in the front besides the glove box, satellite radio ready (I added an XM radio and a device for playing an iPod through the radio for about $300), comfortable seats, heated side mirrors, good gas mileage (on the highway I get 21-24 mpg), and more."

"hi my name is ryan this is the van that my parents loved ever since I was born so we bot a 06 honda odyssey lx it was the best vanever since my mom and dad bot it and I coudnt travel in any car than this van because it is roomy but one thing i dont like is that they dont have a 3rd seat in the second row like the sieanna but overall the van is the best but we mite sell it because my mom wants a 2011 toyota sieanna but this van has all the things you mite want and you mite not want but overall it is a good van and I recommend this van but you shoudnt buy the lx one you should buy the 2010 exl version"
