"Got the 3.8 Grand Touring in copper w/auto, w/ NAV, w/spoiler (the one in their brochure) and love every thing about it. 348HP, comfortable leather seats, responsive handling, looks great. Test drove a 370Z. The interior isn't as nice as the coupe and has less HP. Going to add Stillen cat-back dual exhaust."

"This car is absolutely great. I put about 25m miles on a car per year and wanted one that I would enjoy since I live in it. Bought the 3.8 GT and have 12m miles on it since May. Love the comfort, love the electronics, love the mileage and love the performance. Have had some trouble with the transmission, which Hyundai is working on. The adaptive transmission, after about 5m miles, starts slipping; especially from 4-5th gear under load. Would I recommend this car to a friend - YES. Would I get another - YES. Fun to drive, turns heads and never gets boring."

Sorry if you bought a Stang...

"WOW! This is miles better than the V6 mustang and camaro. When this car came out in 2010, I wanted one so bad. Now in 2013, the 'stangs even lost their bragging rights in a straight line because this thing is so powerful. This car is really for anyone who wants a sports car without killing a wallet. I got the 2013 3.8 R-spec, and it eats mustangs for breakfast on the road and track. Trust me, test drive a mustang, a camaro, and then this. You will laugh at every mustang out on the road."

"Am absolutely pleased with this vehicle. The reviews from the big auto magazines were spot on. I just love being behind the wheel of this car. It's not the best for MPG (I avg about 25-27), and the back seat is kind of useless, but then again that's what the rest of the Hyundai line-up is for. This car is definitely for people who love to drive and want a vehicle that is not a dime a dozen. Guaranteed to turn heads."

"After objectively reviewing sports coupes there were a couple that stood out. BMW 335xi, Nissan 370z, BMW 1M, Audi TTS, Infiniti G35, and then this car. By the numbers, this car has more HP than any of the aforementioned coupes, and is, by far, the least expensive. On paper, this car wins; then you get drive it! I have the 3.8 Track and I can tell you that the black leather interior is artfully done, and the seats have a breathable meshed leather, and are the most comfortable seat in a car I have ever sat in. The Touch-Screen, Blue-Link, Home-Link, RF (no-key) key, etc. gives you more technology, which is easily manipulated, than the Space Shuttle. This car is just plain "loaded". The car basically drives itself; the power is bountiful and begs to be used. The paddle shifters can be used at will; you don't have to shift into a paddle-shift "mode", and makes passing cars on the freeway that much more fun. The Traction Control makes take-offs, and cornering impressive, and a lot of fun (it can be turned off for even more fun). The only issue I have is of no fault of its own, the styling. I prefer clean lines more in the style of BMW, and this car is a bit eccentric. However, the car still looks good, it just so happens to drive MUCH better. This car just changed the sport coupe game!"

How long has Hyundai been making sports cars?

"When I first saw this car, I was quite curious who made it. Hyundai? A what? Well, lets just say after a test drive, I never want to sit in another Mustang again. Ever. Sure the Mustangs have power, but I've never been excited to go around turns or anything, it was just all about how fast I could go straight. When I got in this car (3.8 track), the steering just feels so precise and Hyundai did a really good job with the suspension, although it is rather stiff, but its well worth it in the corners. Looks like Mustangs and Camaros have to step up their V6 game now. I was also really impressed with the fuel economy. I'm not a boring driver and get mid to high 20s in the city."
