"Mileage is true if you drive 60 mph. If you dive 70 to 80 I average 32mpg. Still worth it. I drove from KY to CA, and it was a great drive."

"The car has great styling inside and out but lacks performance. For a twin turbo it can't get out of its own way."

"Depending on what transmission you are using, the performance can vary. The beautiful thing about this car is that with the dual clutch system you can have your cake and eat it too. The manual mode on the automatic is almost identical to a manual, but you don't have to bother with the clutch. As far as everything else goes, the car is awesome. Great standard features, even in the base model. The only problem I have encountered so far is a little blind spot in the rear on the driver's side. The car is a dream, test drive this model."

"Great fun to drive, comfortable seats, good ergonomics for the controls. Practical hatchback for carrying stuff and the backseat has good legroom even though rear headroom is tight. The ride is a little jiggly over small bumps but the ride improves with additional people onboard."

"Have only had this car for a month, so we can't express any opinion about long-term reliability, of course. But the Turbo Veloster is a lot of fun to drive, handles great, very responsive. Navigation system is superior. All controls and accessories are very easy to operate. Styling is superb and eye-catching. Have been enthusiastically recommending this car."

"I just purchased the 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo this past week. I have already put 225 miles on it, and can't wait to put another 25,000 on it. From the moment I drove the vehicle off the lot, I knew this vehicle was no regular car. The exterior finish of the 2013 sets itself apart from mostly every car on the road. I have the ultimate package, so the car literally has all the bells and whistles...and let me tell you, IT TURNS HEADS. The interior has plenty of gadgets to keep you entertained and occupied. The Navigation is super responsive, if not overly detailed, the a/c and heat controls work like a charm, even at the lowest setting. The leather seats are astonishingly comfortable and the panoramic roof makes riding on a sunny day that much more pleasurable. Let's not forget the performance...Can we say...VROOOOMMMM! I have the turbo automatic, and the speed on this thing is exactly what the 2012 model needed, but does not have. The car is super responsive, almost to the point where I have to really watch my speed. When I go 80mph it feels like I'm barely doing 55mph!!! Despite the fact, that I have barely owned the car for a week, I am in love. This is my first car, after owning a Van, a Pickup truck, and two luxury SUVs...I can honestly say the switch is worth it, if not for the increased gas mileage and style! If you can afford to get it, GET IT!"

"Nice looking car, very underpowered. Manual transmission is no fun in city traffic, computer tells you to shift way to soon, so just ignore it. If you want something fast get the turbo."
