"Fun to drive, V6 has sufficient power. Only complaint with my 1994 Rodeo is the interior. 1) Radio sits low in the dash, in front of the stick shift. Need to lean forward to change stations, this is almost a safety issue. Radio is up high in later models that have air bags. 2) Drivers seat does not go back as far as I would like, I'm 5-11. 3) Dome light is in the center of vehicle, hard to read a map up front or see in the glove box that does not have its own light. 4) No cup holders. Other then that, it is a great dependable 4x4. Lots of room in the rear seats. If you are looking for a place to hide an Amplifier for the stereo, there is plenty of room under the drivers seat."

"this (real)small s.u.v. has been 182,394 mile on it and yes has a few squeaks in the undercarriage . It dose get 22-24 mpg hwy not a bad buy with gas now .It dose have the power for the hwy .the only problem is the boring interior.most people who owen one know just how great of a suv it is .Ive driven the suv to the limits and it keeps on giving me great fun and only had to change normal wear and tear battery, alternator, tires, brake pads, and know time for shocks .lets see an explore at 182,394 do that."
