"I have owned this vehicle since 2002 and to date it has only 59,000 miles. Gas consumption is excellent, mixed average is 23mpg. Good looking, still turns heads, mine is metallic red. Wonderful responsive engine 0-60 6 seconds flat, quiet and refined. Beautiful interior still excellent after many years. lots of genuine wood and leather. Rear seat a little narrow and firm. Not so easy to get into due to low roof-line.
Have a rust problem below windshield under hood which is expensive to repair.
Problems to date: Replace fuel pump and headliner. A/C rubbery duct liner disintegration costly to repair as dash had to come out. Engine gasket replacement and front shocks. Replace rear brake rotors but current brake pads have done 35,000 miles and still good. Replace cooling system thermostat. Unfortunately like my old Jag the car has numerous rattles which make the ride seem unrefined. I still love this car and hope to keep it a while longer."
