"The XJR truly epitomizes the Jaguar mantra of Space, Pace & Grace. I feel like a million when driving (a feeling most Jaguar owners will attest to).
This car's got an amazing punch. From a 25 mph roll - it drops two gears, the supercharger spools up and just launches you. It's like the Millenium Falcon going into hyperspace (Star Wars). You can't help smiling. Hit the brakes, and you stop, RIGHT NOW. And this car is so quiet it's earie and the polished wood, wool carpet and leather make you feel like you're in a sumptuous English library, the newer ones seem to have lost their way in this regard, also being taller and bulbous. I've had the car for 8 years and it's only required normal maintenance items - incredible reliability in the most satisfying car I've owned."
