"This is my second Jeep, great vehicle. Has the 4.7L V8 and gets pretty good gas mileage. Has a decent amount of power. I only wish the 4x4 Jeep Cherokees were not all wheel drive, it's not necessary to have it on all the time. I bought the 4x2."

"I'm not sure how this vehicle has such high ratings. I have a 2001 Honda Civic too and it feels like it has more back seat room than this thing. I've had this Jeep for three years and right when the warranty came up I started having issues. Transmission issues. Something about a sensor chip failing. I've had friends with the same problems. $1k to fix. What a joke. This is why american car companies are having so many issues. Dealership is no help and Jeep and Chrystler are of no help customer service wise. I will never buy a Jeep again. Buy at you own risk. You WILL have problems after about 30k miles."

"I bought the 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4 6 cylinder in August. In the 6 months I've owned my Jeep, I've been very satisfied with it's performance. I love the adjustable pedals because I am petite. I love the navigation with UConnect, rear view camera, sun roof, auto lights, even the idiot lights are awesome. It tells me when to get an oil change, which direction I am going in, how many miles til my gas is empty. It has a super nice interior with heated seats. Automatic 4x4 in the electronic stability controll package. Drives great in the snow. I wish the back seat had more leg room for my son though. And I can hear more road noise then desirable, but I would definitely by another Jeep. Next time I think I will get the 8 cylinder for the more powerful towing."

"It's a nice car. However, I wish that it has a better transmission, because sometime I feel the change when the transmission is shifting to different gears. Specially, when I accelerate and then I decide to slow down, at that time I can feel it clearly. On the other hand I really like it when I go off-road, it's really work well. You can see some youtube clip videos. You will get amazed."

"Overall I'm extremely happy with my Grand Cherokee. It drives great, looks great, has all the features I wanted, and I got it for so much less than the over-priced import SUV's out there. It looks like an SUV, I don't feel like a soccer dad driving it around. My two little boys and I use it for everything from camping to hauling mulch to roadtripping to see the grandparents. Overall very pleased, my first Jeep has been great."

"5.7 L Hemi is very good power and your control. It is real fun to drive this vehicle. It will go through any obstacle without hassle. Designed tough and carries long term off road experience."

"Had an older jeep before this one and handles just as well. Love the power of the v6 without paying for the fuel of a v8. Would recommend the heated seats and navigation system, love the way it drives and everything else!"
