Consumer Reviews
"I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Sport about 2 months ago. Man, what a fun vehicle. Do I need this? No. But I have always wanted one and with the prices of used Jeeps so high, really made sense to go ahead and spend a few extra bucks on a brand new one. One of the things that surprised me about it is that while the interior is more refined than ever and even feels much like a regular sedan, the driving feel is one of ruggedness which is what a Jeep is all about. Mine has the new 3.6 V6 and it has plenty of power and pep. I also have the 6 speed manual trans. Since this is not a daily driver for me, I certainly do not mind shifting gears. When off roading I actually feel more in control of the vehicle with the standard transmission. I also live in a hot part of the country and the AC easily keeps up. I know Jeep has a good reputation and the TJ models are legendary. However, I feel these new models will become as legendary as those. I would definitely recommend a Jeep Wrangler to my buddies."

"This is not my first Wrangler. And initially I was looking at used Libertys with the diesel engine. But I just wanted to drive a Jeep because, well, because I LOVE Jeeps!! It has evolved so nicely since the first one I owned in '97. Plush seats, wonderfully appointed interior, quiet ride, cruise control. I am not a fast driver and use cruise whenever I can. My mileage computer says about 24 MPGs. I am good with that but actually, can it be, think I am doing better than that. If you're thinking about buying one, quit thinking and go do it, you won't regret it."

"A bit pricy...but I love it. I would like for the vehicle to sit up a little higher than it does, but that can be fixed. The vehicle does everything but drive itself. Love the "radio" its a mini on board computer..."

"So, I've always wanted a Wrangler and I finally caved in and got one. I must say, I'm not disappointed! This vehicle is so much fun to drive. It's got great pick-up and it turns on a dime. I love the way you sit up high and have great visibility--from the front, that is. One of the only criticisms I have is that I don't like the visibility out the rear window when the back seats are up. The headrests sit up really high and block a significant portion of my rear view. I have to figure out if the headrest is removable. Also, I bought the 2-door model and my son loves to ride in "the new car" so it's a little bit of a hassle getting him strapped into the rear seat so if you're going to have rear seat passengers frequently, definitely consider a 4-door model. Bought the car in December and have had it to the dealer once for a leak after a very bad rainstorm. But they had a leak specialist work on it and so far, no more water. *knock wood* I can't wait until warm weather when I can remove the Freedom top and really get the full Wrangler experience. And I always wave!"

"My new Jeep is everything I had hoped for. Rugged, and stylish. The new V6 engine, with the 6 speed manual tranny, has plenty of power on and off road."

"Have had two previous Wranglers. 88 and 93. What a difference. Still has the bumpy ride and nebulous steering of the wrangler but the new engine is peppy and gave me almost a 50% improvement in gas milage. The u-connect system sometimes gets confused with multiple phones and ipod sources. But overall as a prior Wrangler(s) owner, this is the best yet. Bought it Nov 11th, have 3600 miles on it. Have had it in the woods, on the beach, just waiting for some snow on Long Island."

"Interior and exterior styling are excellent. Rear seat takes up way too much room when folded up, should rise to the standards set by others. I have manual trans. it was popping out of 4th gear with a grinding noise to follow, kind of like a vehicle with 150,000 miles would do. Suspension rises and falls under harder acceleration excessively, not like prior Jeeps I have owned."
