"not a bad car at all, but the things i was looking for are not what i an experiencing. the optima is an attractice car but not everyone agrees with me here. it is trendy, but someone wanting a car that should not go out of style may want to look elsewhere. i trade every 2 years so i do not mind the flavor of the month look. the mileage is far below what kia claims. if the optima is your thing, go for a non-hybrid version. honda and toyota do hybrids the right way and are better cars from my many years of past experience. the optima hybrid is too costly for a 4 cylinder and the price grows much higher with options. power is not its strong point. the seats are too soft and way too low, making it hard to get comfortable. i do not see any adantage to choosing the kia over other brands, except for a shape that suits me."
