"I own a 2004 kia sorento, I have had the 2006 spectra. I now have the 2007 kia optima v6 ex edition, fully loaded, leather package, convience package. spoiler abs, stabilty control. Did I mention that I love this car!!. Gave the sorento to my daughter. Best money can buy, without the high dollar. I have never had any problems with any of my Kias. Kia vehicles are well made cars, I drove the 2007 camry and Maxima. I saved thousands buying the Optima without giving up all the luxuries."

"My car is less than one month old. Still in the break in period. BUT the more miles I get on it the gas mileage just continues to improve. I am driving the 4 cylinder automatic with the standard option. According to the trip computer I am now averaging 36 mpg. I am SOO pleased. This is my second KIA Optima. The first was a 2002 standard shift 4 cylinder Optima. I traded it in for the 2007 Optima and I am very pleased thus far. Did I mention KIA is great about standing behind their warranty?"

"A premium quality built sedan with graceful lines and solid construction. Designed to age gracefully. Handles road imperfections with ease; handling and safety features are first rate. I considered the Toyota Camry, the Nissan Altima, and the Honda Accord. After test driving these other vehicles, I decided on the Optima. I got a lot more for my money and you can't beat the warranty."

"Outstanding value and very affordable. You can't beat the options for the price and I didn't have to mortgage my house to buy one. Kia knows what they're doing and this car is the proof. If you want snob appeal, get a BMW (and get used to visiting their service department, they're always glad to see you)."

"I have owned my Kia for 1.5 years and it now has 45,000 miles. I purchased the loaded model and I love it! I previously owned a much more expensive car with the same features (except it had heated seats) and spent DOUBLE the money. I have received many compliments on this car, especially regarding the interior. It has also been a very reliable car. We have had absolutely NO problems with it! It has only been to the shop for oil changes. I work in home health and drive within the city as well as many, many highway miles. The ride is very comfortable and all of the features are great. It handles very well even at 70 mph. I was very hesitant to buy a Kia but I simply could not beat the value. This car has definately won me over! I also feel that I must state all cons (but these are minor). First, it is a little noisy on the highway-no problem in town. Second, there is a small wear spot on the steering wheel. Third, I have problems with the brakes locking up with quick braking (my husband says this is MY problem). Overall-great car, CANNOT beat the value, buy it."

"After much researching and looking at used vehicles, I came upon the new 2006.5 Optima. What a wonderful car for the money$ Nice features, 25-29mpg (auto:4cyl.), awesome cd, interior cabin, 100k warranty and as my son says this car is "sic". I have driven about 3k miles and I truly can say that this is a great buy if you need a new vehicle"
