"Drove 280 miles to buy kia optima. Great service at Automotive Group. Worked with Joe and he got me a great rate and in/out quickly. I hope my kia treats me as good as Joe did. Car has everything I need and more."

"The 2013 Optima SXL has the quality of materials and the fit and finish equal to, or better than, many of the most popular upper mid level premium automobiles on the market today. The car is very responsive and has very good handling and a superior ride. The cabin is very "quite" and "comfortable" with appointments which were obviously designed with much thought. Visibility from the driver's seat, front, side and rear is very good. The overall styling profiles are well liked by everyone who has looked it over. I highly recommend the 2013 Optima SXL to anyone looking for a "premium quality" automobile. Check one out, and you too will know what I'm talking about."

Satisfied OPTIMA Owner

"I have owned a 2012 OPTIMA EX Turbo for 6 months. The overall look, fit, and finish of the Optima are very good and I look forward to driving the car every time I enter it. I find the car both fun to drive, and get reasonable fuel economy of about 20 local and 29 highway. Not bad, and considering it burns regular fuel, it is a good compromise of performance Vs. economy. The interior is executed quite well but I have come to dislike the red dash lighting, which I believe cheapens the overall cockpit look. However, the seating is comfortable for moderate length trips but could be a bit more plush for the longer drive. The front cockpit could use a bit more storage too. Turbo acceleration transforms the auto from 'ho-hum' to exhilarating. The 2.0 liter turbo is a joy in comparison to the 2.4 liter alternative. I felt passing power was lacking in the 2.4L engine. Reliability has been good, though the car was delivered with a defective gauge cluster that needed replacement. A family member also recently rented a 2013 OPTIMA LX with 25 miles on it whose stick failed to engage the transmission at my home., I 'hold my breath' on what may be in store for me in terms of reliability down the road. That said, I also own an '07 Hyundai Veracruz with 110k miles and have had little problem. The mother company, Hyundai, is committed to making world class family cars. Both cars are maintained by their respective dealerships who are very attentive to the needs of the customers they support. Handling in general is good but I would not commit this car to very aggressive turn circumstances. The OPTIMA does not inspire confidence when G forces are laterally applied. One of the best features in the cabin is the blue-tooth and media hookups. Calls come in crisp and clear and the voice commands are well understood by the system. The media player plays my smart phone and Pandora music which is really great. The dual AC/Heat controls keep the cabin climate quite comfortable. My last word is: Get the car, you really cannot do better for the price, and the service is very attentive."

"Coming from an '03 Hyundai Elantra GT, I wanted to get into a midsize sedan with a little more luxury and power. So far, my Optima SXL is all that and more. The exterior is drop-dead gorgeous and the interior is a nice place to be with leather heated and cooled seats in front, a driver-tilted center-stack and great quality materials. I have only had the vehicle for 500 miles, but so far everything is solid. Love the power that comes from that 4-cylinder, its hard to believe its not a 6. My only grievances are: 1) Driver headroom can be tight (I'm 6'3'') 2) Rear window is small 3) So far I haven't managed to hit anywhere near the EPA estimates on fuel economy (Averaging around 20MPG) I will check on this with the dealer soon. Other than that, this car is everything I wanted and more. For the price, you simply can't beat what you get. For the nay-sayers that think KIA is still stone-aged with their vehicles, I say try an Optima SXL"

"Of the 4 vehicles I've owned, this has been head and shoulders above the rest! I wouldn't trade my 2013 optima for any other vehicle on the road. I've had it 2.5 weeks and put 1,200 miles on it. My only complaint is that the lights on the steering wheel are a little dim. But that is a very small issue. I strongly suggest this car to ANYONE looking for a lot of options, great styling both inside and out, and good handling and performance all in an affordable price range."
