Consumer Reviews
"I drove it, I loved it and then I bought it. At 69 years young I thought there was nothing in the auto industry that would be appealing to me and would bring a smile to all who see it. It is designed for entry and exit by the young and the young at heart. You sit up and can see where you are going. In addition, the back up/cam is super when backing out of the parking lots. The interactive voice command feature I thought might be a little too many bells and whistles. Boy was I wrong. It was easy to learn and works great. Some times I even talk back to the electronic voice. Great car. great price. Stick with the 16 inch wheels. They are all you need in any type of weather. Enjoy your ride and try not to run over any hampsters."

"I bought my Soul less than a week ago. I love it and would not trade it for anything. It doesn't look from the outside like it would be so roomy but it is very spacious. It gets great gas mileage compared to my previous car. I got the car on Saturday and I am still on the same tank of gas."

"I have always driven large automobiles, but as times have changed I started looking for a smaller car. My son purchased a KIA Soul and wanted me to at least drive it. I did and loved it. So I bought one and I love it."

"Bought a Kia Soul! a few weeks ago.......already has almost 1,000 miles. It is fun in the city, and stable on the highway.......even at 95MPH. It's speedo is not real accurate, according to our Garmin, and it has quite a bit of wind noise with windows cracked at highway speeds. The moonroof is great and surprisingly quiet. It's nimble, has lots of room for a tiny car and has all the bells and whistles. I Made the dealership install the 16inch wheels instead of the 18's it came with. Saved $150, and the ride is better. Love it!!!!"

"I have NEVER commented on a site about a vehicle. This lil' urban crossover is wonderful. I opted for the 2013 Exclaim with the larger tires (heard mixed reviews on the ride, but I love the look). The higher driving position, power EVERYTHING, and back up camera are all a huge plus. Looked at other cars that were cheaper, but once I added the same features, they were significantly higher. Once behind the steering wheel, it feels like a much larger vehicle. PLENTY of room. Definitely recommend."

"Traded in a Fusion Hybrid for a Kia Exclaim because Ford's electronics were unreliable. In comparison the Kia has been trouble free and is better built. Too bad the windshield pillar design allows so much wind noise - the company needs to make the mounting area flush. Also got rid of the 18 inch wheels for a set of oversize 15 inchers. Car was obviously designed with this base spec in mind because steering, ride, and tire noise have all improved! MIleage would also improve with a longer (lower numerical) final drive ratio. Acceleration is plenty good to make that change possible.."

"Wifey and I wanted a small car with easy entry and exit, and easy to drive in town or highway. We also wanted a cute car with auto, air, leather seats, sunroof, comfy seats, good ride, and most importantly, a back-up camera. This car was inexpensive and loaded. It is fun to drive, and quite cute in bright red. Our town has mostly diagonal parking, and we can see the traffic lane and area behind us even parked between SUVs. We have a clear view behind as we back out of our garage. I will never buy a car w/o the camera again. When all cars have the camera, many tots lives will be saved. Think about it."

"Car looks great and am getting a combined 29 mpg. Four six foot adults can ride comfortably in the car. Got the six speed stick which is smooth and easy to use. Would recommend this car to anyone."

"Went from a luxury sports car to the Soul. No more worries about becoming stranded somewhere. No more stress, no more high repair bills. Now the 26 mpg with regular unleaded gas is wonderful compared to 17 mpg of premium. I almost don't mind stopping for gas. Call me HAPPY!"

"I am delighted with my 2013 silver KIA Soul; it's fun, zippy, affordable, economical, and practical. Has everything I was looking for in my first non-minivan vehicle. Lots of storage/cargo space, comfortable passenger seating, and lots of extras at an amazingly affordable price."
