"I purchased this car in Dec. 07 as a used car. It was pure joy to drive something so comfortable. I never owned any Lexus before. For some reasons I always drove German cars. But from now on I will stay with Lexus. Simply I love it."

"Absolutely the worst car I've ever owned. I was duped into believing that Lexus was a well built and reliable auto. Boy was I wrong. I bought this car new and had problems with it almost immediately. First the transmission, then a major hesitation when accelerating. Numerous squeaks and rattles after about 14,000 miles. Never experienced the purported Lexus service technicians who'll do whatever it takes to resolve issues. I dumped it with 46,000 and would never consider another Lexus product again. I bought a 2008 Cadillac CTS and it is far and away a superior auto in every respect."

"We bought a 2006 Lexus ES330 for my wife to drive. She couldn't be happier and I have to admit it is a fine car. Everything from the dealer to the salesman to the car itself is first rate."

"Come on all this money for a re badged Camry and I was told the car was more reliable than American, Wrong trading in very soon for a American car like DTS or STS in shop more than its home, nice interior, Camry body over priced and to many issues, Trany, Electrical, window motor and noisy cabin, for sale cheap. wanted a good car,"

"The Lexus ES330 has a problem with the engine transmission. There is a noticeable hesitation when the vehicle is slowed, as in a left turn or for a changing traffic light, and then is accelerated. It feels like the engine is "missing." The reason for this was explained by the service department and said Lexus "was working on a fix for the problem." They also said the problem was rectified in the new model - that it had to do with the five speed transmission. I am personally aware of other dissatisfied owners who have traded their vehicles."

"Wonderful riding vehicle, and nice looking on the streets. The only negative I found was that there is not a lot of storage available inside the car (other than the trunk). The console has a single cd player and a charger for a phone."

"A quiet ride but not as smooth as a longer wheel base luxury car. The styling is bland inside and out except for touches of polished wood. The lack of any flat spaces to put something on without reaching to the floor is inconvenient and the controls to the gps map are a mystery and nuisance in my view. The car tends to lurch when gliding to a slow stop followed by any reacceleration (like when a light changes or a yield sign allows you to speed up to merge into traffic) with no solution to eliminate it at the dealer. The GPS map is not up to date either and in two years hasn't had an upgrade available--even at the reportedly high price the dealer is expected to charge for the new DVD? Somewhat low and tight to get into this car is nevertheless a solid car for the not too high price for a near luxury vehicle."
