"So far so good. Even I have owned for only 3 weeks. Everything is working as expected. I have no other words for it."

"I owned a 330 for 8 years and loved it. The new one is quieter, more powerful, and had some options previously unavailable (e.g. blind spot monitor). I didn't use the voice recognition system on the old car, but plan to try it on the 350."

"The small redesign from 2012 model is very well done. The comfort and quiet on highway is wonderful. All the technology is well laid out and easy to use. The seats are firm which some may not like, but we find them comfortable. Lumbar support very good. Although we got RX for my wife, at 6'4" I am very comfortable in front seats. The blind spot notification is yet another great safety feature. Pleasure to ride!"

"I used to have a 2001 RX300. The only complaint I had on that vehicle was the turning radius. Well this one has that issue resolved and has a ton of comfort features. Heated and cooled seats, nav, Sirius, I heart Radio, Pandora and BING! blind spot monitoring, parking assist, gas and movie listings, power everything. I was shopping between this and a Jeep Grand Cherokee and what sold me was the Toyota/Lexus quality, the longer Warranty (5 years Lexus vs 3 years Jeep) - as well as the customer service in the Lexus Service Dept. I owned a Lexus both in Maryland and in Tennessee and there was never a difference in the extraordinary attention to their customers. I can't say the same for Mercedes Benz who in Nashville did not want to provide a loaner vehicle unless you specifically bought your car at THEIR dealership. I plan to keep this car for a very long time!"

"Very comfortable solid car. Easy to see out of no blind spots. Love to drive it. Takes a bit to get use to no key. I worked with a great dealership Lexus in Highland Park Gary and Mario Mendez."

"Just bought a Lexus RX 350 on 1-22-13 and both my wife and myself just love it. It drives so effortlessly. The nav. system takes a little getting used to, but so far havin't had to call Lexus for help. Great car."

"2013 Lexus RX350: I love the vehicle!! It?s looks, comfort, handling, style, etc. But, it has some interior design shortcomings. *Inconvenient driver storage areas: -You can?t just get in the car & easily store your sunglass case, wallet, papers, etc. The only convenient area is the door pocket (which conveniently expands). The shelf ?under? the center console is very difficult to access. *clock position: -The clock sits low on the center dashboard. If you?re holding the steering wheel anywhere in the 12 to 5 o?clock position, you have to move your right arm to view the clock. *Trip/odometer button is hidden on the lower dash, left of the steering wheel column (inconvenient). *the Lexus Remote Touch System is impressive but not efficient to use. Ex: requires 3 mouse clicks to turn-off A/C. Or you can leave it on all the time. *GPS system - my salesman said the database can be updated. He didn?t say it would cost $169. *My biggest disappointment - CD player!!! On the Window Sticker, listed under ?Standard Equipment?, 6-disc CD Changer (we like using CD?s). On the right side, under accessories: single CD/DVD player (we didn?t see this ? it?s deceiving) Since it was listed under ?Standard Equipment?, I thought I was paying for a 6-disc CD Changer! I didn?t catch this ?sleight of hand? switch. I guess, I was ?goo-goo eyed? while purchasing the vehicle. But, as I said before, I love driving the vehicle !!"
