Luxurious pickup trucks aren't a new concept, but there are few on the market. Cadillac offers its Escalade EXT SUV/pickup crossover, and Lincoln introduced a Blackwood SUV/pickup crossover for 2002, though it didn't last long before the automaker discontinued it. Lincoln re-entered the segment with the 2006 debut of the Mark LT, which is derived from the Ford F-150 crew-cab model. For 2008, the Mark LT comes with standard satellite radio and a free six-month Sirius subscription. New options include remote start and a rearview camera.
