"I bought an '06 Maserati Quattroporte with only 13.5k miles in December, 2010. I've put 3k miles on the car since then and I couldn't be happier with the car. I think it's the most beautiful car on the road. It turns heads like no Porsche or BMW. Also it feels like a privilege to drive it; you feel special. There are a few strange glitches here and there - the passenger window wouldn't close for a few minutes last month, but minutes later it was working fine. Also, the instrument dash has been blank once or twice (car works fine, but I just the screen doesn't work), and then minutes later it works fine again. These are very minor glitches though, and do not bother me. I had the Drive-by-Wire installed (from Formula Dynamics) which made a big, positive difference in the performance feel of the car; highly recommended. I LOVE my Quattroporte. It is a unique car that makes you feel special and it's so much fun to drive; it's aggressive and pushy when you want it to be and then is quite settled and civilized when you want it to be as well. It is a rare case of having your cake and eating it. It is a pure gem and it's such a steal on the used market. I now feel confident that I will always own a Maserati"

"The car is beautiful, always turns heads and gets compliments, BUT, it has had TWO (2) transmissions and the motor replaced ONCE (1), luckily all under warranty. It is not meant as a daily driver, it's to touchy. Less than 3 years later, it is worth not even HALF of it's original sales price. It is fairly quick in a straight line, but it's massive weight and length keep it from being a sporty drive. If you have the money to buy one and park it, great, get one. But if you actually need or want to drive it, forget it."

"1. The reverse shifter breaks and not covered. 2. To buy an extra key it cost $500.00. 3. The radio has no preset buttons and is very hard to program. 4. The door handle breaks but covered. 5. One navigation cd breaks but you have to buy all at $800. Stupid waste of money. 6. Car gets a flat but no spare included. 7. Service tows car in for repair but after 1 year of ownership they will not send it back. 9. Resale stinks! 10. It does have looks but not worth buying"

"If you want to own and drive a car that drives the way it looks, look no further. You have arrived at your destination. Truly a head turner coupled with everything you would want from a high performance sedan. Comfort and handling are awesome as well as the features. The only thing I would like to see in the future would be a 450bhp version."
