"I own a 2011 Sprinter crew high roof and 144" wheel base. There is nothing like this vehicle to work out of. Comfort and features are the best in its class. But owning one is a head ache like no others. In 15 month and 35000 miles I've been inservice over 30 times. MMaintenance is so overpriced runs on average $650 for an oil change with fuel filter and tire rotation. Goes through tires in 25000 miles and you can never find a good tech to fix it. Just ask anyone who has one."

"I tried the other guys from Japan it was a PIG I lost $10,000 to get rid of it. I had it less then 5 months. had two sprinters you cannot find a better vehicle, overall best Vans I had."

"This vehicle drives like a car, has great visability, has great safety features and is very comfortable for a large family. If you are looking for something bigger than a caravan and don't want to lose on gas milage, check out a Sprinter! I love it!"

"Cons, front seats and bench seats good but become uncomfortable on long trips, turbo has an uncomfortable high pitch, power lags during hard takeoffs. Pros, superb in traffic and for such a large vehicle parks well in normal spaces, best mpg less than 70 mph, normal 17 mpg."

"The Sprinter is everything you read about it. Great ride. Great gas milage. Handles terrific. The only downside is now that they are being sold through Mercedes it is difficult getting them serviced. You have to go to a Sprinter Dealer to buy one or have it serviced. If you life near a Dealer--that is not a problem. If you do not, you need to check around to see who in your area is authorized to work or them and get parts. Even the oil is difficult to get through anyone other than a Sprinter dealer."

"This by far is the best. Very easy to drive. Great turning radius. Plenty of cargo room and head room. No one has anything to compare. All the safty features in a Mercedes Benz. 24 MPG... If you need a Van, just go drive one...."
