"Bought this van with 82K and now have 90K. Been to Fla from MI and it was wonderful. Had intake manifold gasket replaced by dealer before buying. Now small oil leak which I'm told is around rear main seal. Used CD2 in oil and it has stopped the leak. I hope hope hope it stays sealed. If not, another gasket repair. Get mid to upper 20's on hwy, 18-19 in city. Comfortable,enjoyable van. Had Chrysler and Ford vans before and this is best except for gasket problems"

"We've had our van since new and nwo have over 180,000 miles on it with just general maintenance. It burns no oil and the body and interior have held up well. Only problem has been with the heated seats which we've had to replace the elements in both front seats. Mileage is 19-20 in city and 24 mpg on the hwy. They don't make them like this anymore and I will hold on to it till it drops!"

"We have a GLS and it is just an awesome mini-van. Very comfortable leather seats, great ride and lots of options. We've owned a Grand Caravan and Windstar in the past and the Silhouette is definitely our favorite. The kids even liked it! Gas mileage in the mid 20's is much better than a SUV. The sound system is actually very good as well."
