"the G6 fit the bill as a nice small car, an upgrade from our Cavalier but still good economy and size. So far, reliability and performance has been typical GM. (you can interpret that any way you like)"

"I purchaced the GXP model. I was surprised that this car was quick off the line. It has pretty good gas milege. The only small issue that I have is that when you step on the gas too hard, plenty of torque steer will be the result. Other than that, its a nice car!"

"I have to say, we went to buy an 08 Saturn Aura and ended up with the 08 Pontiac G6. 20K miles, a couple of little dings, but still had warranty left. So far, it's been a great little car for the money, good handling, sporty drive. So far, i'm happy!"

"After seeing that there are no other reviews on your website of a G6 convertible, I decided I had to write one. I waited 54 years to get my first convertible, and this one was worth the wait! It's performance red, has the base V-6 (which is plenty lively for our needs and gets 28+ mpg on the highway), remote starting, and XM radio. My only regret is that I didn't get more bells and whistles on it, like leather seats and rain sense wipers. I thought I'd just use it to go to the golf course and back, but it became our road car (which meant that our 2005 Cadillac DHS stayed home!) - road trip from Illinois to Colorado, several trips to San Antonio, where we now live, and lots of local exploring. I have the top down every day it's not raining, and it's still working fine. I think GM made a big mistake discontinuing Pontiac, which I now call US Motors - I hate the idea that I won't be able to replace this one with a newer model."

"Got it slightly used at 19,000miles. Have had it for 18 months, not one problem. Good performance, and paid a low price. Gas mileage is average, could be better. It looks good as well, and the leather seats are very nice. Its the second pontiac i've owned and both have worked out nicely."

Excellent Performance, baaad with Gas Mileage

"Comfort: Excellent! Lovemy bucket seats. They just wrap your body and you sink right in, quite comfortably! Performance: V6 Engine is more than a girl could ever ask for! Every guy who I've come in contact with has been overly impressed with a girl driving the G6 because it's so powerful! Silly boys! Gas mileage = BAD!!! That's the only downside. It does better with gas mileage on the highway. I work very close to home, so driving a short distance, in stop and go (stoplights) means filling up almost twice a week.:-( Handling: Great turn radius, easy to handle. Kind of lighter than what a car with a V6 is expected to be, which is great! Exterior Styling: Very sleek! Just cute as a button for a girl. I've seen this model with the spoiler, I may got one. But it's still a beautiful, sleak car without it. Interior Design: Simple interior. Love the red lighting on the dash. It looks so stylish and attractive at night. Love the bucket seats, they are so comfortable.Very useful pockets on the back of the front seats. Wish the cup holders were more secure. :-) My water bottles fall right out. Features: Well, I wish I had a sunroof and the ipod hookup internally connected, rather than having to pay for the connection from Best Buy. But other than that, I love that I can get On-Star service if I want, love the XM radio option, love the controls on the steering wheel, LOVE LOVE LOVE the Speed Sensitive volume!Gosh, who wants to have to turn up their volume manually as they accelerate, to muffle the sound of the powerful V6?? I love it! Value For the Money: Can't complain! For the price I paid, and the power of this car and it's features, can't complain at all. Reliability: Hasn't broken down yet!:-) Overall: LOVE MY CAR!!"
