"Great weekend car, but not for commute. The best handling and responsive car I have ever owned, should have purchased it years ago."

"I have had a Ferrari. But a Porsche is a Porsche. You can actually drive it every day. My Ferrari was not as reliable and was not an every day car. I am hooked. I will never drive anything else but a Porsche 911."

Over priced, dated technology, but I'll keep it.

"Let's face it, a Porsche is a very fun and reliable car that is overpriced for what it is. The technology in a Porsche is very dated. The looks of a Porsche are great and the handling is super. So far the quality has been very good. In my opinion a $100,000 Porsche is a real nice $75,000 car. For example a Honda S2000 is a steal @ $35,000. The Nissan GTR at $75,000 is a match for the 997. That being said, I don't think buying a 2010/11 Porsche is worth the $50,000+ upgrade costs. I will keep my 2006 for a very long time."

"I bought this car new in 2006. It has this magic to it when I think it does, when I ask it gives. It is sublime to drive this car, my heart races every time I start it up. It feels as though it is tuned specifically for me and it takes the road like a tuna takes to the ocean. I have driven many cars but none are like the 911. This car is extremely reliable and fun. Keep the others I'm a Porsche fan for life, nothing else even compares for me now."

"Bought my 911 C4S in the summer and absolutely love it. It is very fast, ok not Ferrari fats (but them it's not meant to be). The handling is absolutely amazing. I drive many cars and in fact own a Lamborghini Gallardo and can honestly say that the 911 handles much better. It can easily be used every day and has the pedigree that so many other sports cars could only wish to have. I would highly recommend it."
