"The Blackcherry color is beautiful when just washed. It's zippy, I get 30mpg hwy, manuvers great. No mechanical problems at 55K yet! Cons: whistle noise at windshield, air pressure light a pain - every time the weather changes. Replacement tires very expensive and this cars loves to get out of alignment easily (which caused my orig expensive tires to be bad). Hood paint scratches and clips so easy - cheap paint job from factory. Long distance travel - the seats killed my back after driving all day! Not much room inside to store for travelling."

"At under $20,000, this car is an absolute phenomena. It shares the custumizability previously only avaliable on the Civic, and incorporates many features you would assume to see only on cars parked on a millionaires driveway. It is absolutely amazing. Rides almost as good as a BMW, has the quality of Lexus, the swagger of an Audi, and looks comparable if not better than many Mercedes. Lacks a little in the performance section but that can easily be corrected with an after-market turbocharger. It may never be associated with the luxury avaliable in high-end cars but with a little modification this baby can compete with any of those big name brands. And whats difference does it make if you don't have automatic climate control, when with an additional $5000-$6000 worth of modifications you can be running circles around your cocky neighbors corvette."

"MAJOR RATTLES: Hatch door, sunroof, sunroof deflector, glove box, and something inside the console. Only 1 of these can be repaired, according to 2 dealers Checked w/few other tC owners experiencing same problem w/sunroof & deflector. Only 2 had a problem with hatch door & only 1 had the console rattle. DASH PROBLEMS: A number of tCs have dashes that have been stretched too tightly during the process of melding the skin to the honeycomb sub structure of the dash. The result is visible striations in the passenger side dash. The only fix is a dash replacement. Scion wants owners to sign a disclaimer for certain types of problems that may arise after the original dash is removed and replaced. TIRES: Come w/tire pressure sensor. That's good, because the low profile tires that are standard on the vehicle have problems with temperature fluctuations, frequently requiring Aair ups". DASH LIGHTS&GUAGES: The speedometer is very difficult to read in anything but midday light or darkness. Morning and evening commutes require your attention."

"When I first saw this car, I thought I was not going to fit. As I went inside, it's like the car suddenly expanded. The space in the front seats and back seats is great. I've been inside a Corolla and a Civic but none of them are as comfortable as the tC. If you have tall friends and you are tall, this car is perfect!! And the moonroof is great for cruising in the night."

"I bought my tC in 07 and have had nothing but problems. I have had issues with the inner front fenders, the windshield/moonroof whistling noises, and recently more tire/axle problems. I have been in and out of the shop many times for the same problems. Thank god everything has fallen under warranty. This last time I was in the shop, the dealers mechanic informed me that he has seen more problems with the tC than any other toyota car. He also informed me that i will always have the issues that i'm having. I don't recommend this vehicle to any person unless you like taking your car to the shop."

"worth it and wonderful in every way if you like speed and don't have 30 grand to drop on your next vehicle i would tell you this was the way to go. Interior is great with the infinity speakers that seriously thump. The trunk is a little small but with seats folded down you can fit anything in it. The mileage could be better but i personally believe it is worth the trade off for getting a really revvy fun 4 cyl that is just begging to be opened up."

"I have enjoyed my vehicle! It is smooth, quiet, beautiful, and fun. You should buy this car! I looked at the Civic and the Mazda 3, but none compared with all the features for the value. The quality is assumed with the name Toyota as a parent company. The glass roof with 2 moon roofs is awesome. I never had a sunroof before and I love it now. I always use it when its not too sunny. The standard features make this car very well equiped for its opening price. There is also so much you can upgrade to. Great car!"
