"I feel very proud to own this vehicle. It is the best I 've ever had. I love everything about it, especially the power once I push on the gas pedal on highway. All the other cars stay behind and get smaller as I go. It's a great feeling, knowing that I have something that's built strong and I know it will last a long time. It has plenty of room, the brakes are excellent, and the overall appearance is great."

"I have owned this vehicle for a little over two moths and have been very impressed with the overall quality of the ride, styling, features, and interior finish. Everything about this SUV screams...WOW. The seats are very well made as are the interior finishes for the doors and all trim. Nothing at all seems cheap or flimsy. I feel like a million bucks driving this car. It has tremendous power for a V6 and pressing down on the gas while on the highway provides immediate response. The ride quality is much better than I expected for an SUV, especially since I drove an Explorer for many years and always lamented the rough ride. All I get is compliments wherever I take it. Highly recomend."

"5 out of 5 for this SUV. Excellent car, value and pricing. Great interior features, like the automatic climate control and MPG display. Solid on the road, very comfortable and quiet. You'd be hard pressed to to buy this one."

"This is my first Toyota purchase. Had a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it had problems towing my boat. With the Toyota 4Runner I don't even know the boat is behind me. I have been sold on the Toyota name and my next vehicle will be another Toyota."

"2006 V6 Sports Edition. Among the many vehicles I have owned over the years have been a variety of 4WD SUV's and pickups. Mostly they have been good, practical machines, but stolid and slow handling. The 4Runner has lively steering and acceleration. The XREAS suspension, and aluminum V6 in front contribute to the cornering and handling. The small width of the driver's seat back and the closeness of the seat bottom to the floor are comfort issues, but I have driven it across the country and back and over Southwestern mountain unpaved trails. Great!"

"If you're looking for total satisfaction in a mid sized SUV this vehicle has it all! It's a SR5 4.0 litre 4WD V6 w/ sunroof and 3rd row seating purchased in late April of 2006, I don't envision myself getting tired of driving this vehicle! Ocasionally I tow a 23' travel trailer with ease and for that purpose I've easily installed a Tekonsha Prodigy electric brake controller...be sure to order the plug & play pigtail with it as the 4runner is wired to receive it. You won't be sorry with this full frame vehicle!"

"This vehicle helped to save my life in an head-on collision with a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. I sufffered a few minor bruises and my 4Runner was a total loss but this vehicle held up well when struck head-on while at a standstill. I have owned 3 4Runners and the last 2 have been the Limited 8 cylinder versions. Please equipt your vehicle to the fullest with DVD for your passengers, JBL Radio w/ CD Navigation, rear camera and X-REAS Sport Ehancement because it is not only ready for the highway but can be a friend for your off-roading or during the icy and snowy streets of the northeastern states. Overall this is a safe vehicle and realiable source of transportation. You should test drive this vehicle when considering buying any SUV no matter which price range. It is worth every cent you will spend. Remember get the extras you will spend time with this vehicle at a business meeting, social gathering or outdoor activities etc. This vehicle have proved to be a friend of man in my life."
