"Great big car ride with luxury and technology. From awesome leather interior to blind spot monitor, this car has it all. Trunk holds 4 sets of golf clubs. Seating for 4 large guys. Great sounds. No trips yet but 24 mpg around town. Toyota usually has many storage areas throughout the interior. This car is lacking. Overall, great car reasonable price."

"Been 12 years since owning a Toyota and welcomed back with a beautiful Avalon Hybrid. Originally planned on a Lexus but found the Avalon to have a better interior and better service program. Finding the mpg estimates very accurate, I am getting slightly better than the 41/38 they claim. Car is comfort and class in every detail.Quiet and smooth on the road. Looking forward to many miles of smiles as as I drive this beauty. Controls are very easy to use and very conveniently located. This is one well engineered car!"

"I have owned a BMW and a Mercedes for the past 17 years. I wonder when previous Avalon owners complain about the comfort. This car manages to combine the handling of my BMW (almost) with the comfort of my Mercedes (even better). And, it uses regular gasoline. The old Avalons floated and were not a driving enthusiast's car. Being a techie, I have learned how to use all of the technology in the car. Unfortunately, most people will not bother with half of them. The car is quiet, roomy, good handling and a safe vehicle. I enjoy each time I drive it and am sad when I get to my destination. I have the hybrid limited and am thrilled that I made that choice. I am getting about 40+mpg every place I drive."

"Just bought the car. Thus far I am very pleased except for a few issues. One, the trunk is far less roomy than the 2002 Avalon XLS I had previously. There are too many gadget displays, which frankly are more distracting than helpful The side mirrors are smaller than on my previous vehicle, though they are articulated. Had to give it a Reliability rating though I have only owned it a week, so the rating is based on previous Avalon. This is a very comfortable car that handle better than earlier version and has far less road noise."

"My new Avalon is quiet , comfortable and fun to drive. It takes the curves well , is quick, and gets good mileage. Thoroughly modern and up to date. It's a real looker too! Love the touch controls that eliminate many knobs and buttons. Toyota really hit a home run with this one."
