2001 and 2011 Camry LE both great cars

"Excellent ride and comfort. Sold 2001 in July 2012 with 245,000 miles. Replaced timing belt at 120,000 miles over a year ago. Got 25 mpg in city and 31 on hwy. No significant repair items. I got a used 2011 Camry LE because I liked my 2001 so much, and didn't want to push my luck any further. 2011 ride is stiff and not as comfortable, but the 2011 is higher and it is easier to reach the ATM machines. Turning radius is not as tight as the 2001 so be careful if you have a tight turn to get into your garage, etc. Both 2001 and 2011 have excellent a/c and heat. 2011 ac in my black with gray interior and tinted windows gets too cool within one mile of driving in the deep south."

"Our 1st Camry was a great car for us and we were so impressed we had to stick with them! After giving us 12 fantastic years of service we felt it was time to get a new one. Now if this one does as well as the last, well I don't see us ever changing brands!"

"I upgraded from my 2005 Corolla to the 2011 Camry last fall. The car drives nicely but the MPG is far less than expected for high speed highway driving. I should have waited until the 2012 was released but in a way I'm happy I got this car. It is much better looking than the 2012 and I know it will be a solid ride for me for the next 200K+ miles until I trade it in. Love the fact that oil changes are only every 10K miles with this engine according to the dealer. It is already saving me money."

"I traded in an 09 for an 11. This was the first toyota i ever bought where they wouldn't come off sticker price. I will not be buying from them again: But the car is good...i don't get the mileage in this 11 as did in the 09 or the other toyotas...but it does have more power and more room. Camry's have a big trunk and plenty of interior room. I will always have a toyota...i might get an SUV next time since i don't get the good mileage anymore. the 1999 camry i owned got 37 on hwy...the 09 got 33 on hwy...now im lucky to get 30 hwy...but is more power...even tho i's rather have the mileage... i had a wreck in my 1990 camry that you wouldn't think anyone would have lived thru; but camry at that time was the second safest car made...thanks toyota for great cars..."
