"I am very disappointed with my 2012 Camry, I am averaging 17 MPG City, and 22 MPG Hwy. I have checked the air in the tires, tried different driving styles, and i can not get the MPG any higher. I am a middle aged woman, and I drive modestly. Also, the cloth interior is very poor quality, the fabric stains easily and it is already wearing. I have a 1997 Camry, it is still a champion car, and i get better mileage then the 2012. My 1997 feels more solid and durable. I can not recommend the newer Camry."

"1.5 years and 14K miles later still love everything. Quiet, easy rolling, economical (up to 40+ on highway and 27-28 in the city!!!), comfortable and sharp looking car. Love touch screen and base 6.1? stereo, best stereo in very reasonably priced car."

"The only flaw is the 2012 XLE Camry not including a 6 CD changer as a standard item in the dash board. The single CD player is a bit cheap for the XLE model."

"I purchase a 2012 Camry and I am enjoying the car. There is so much different in the style, body and speed than the older model Camry that I was driving. The features on the car are bright and can be seen in the dark. The noise level is not bad when driving fast. The sound system for the radio is awesome, very shap and clear.I purchase this car for my retirement car and I am please with it."

"Complicated guidance system; steep learning curve with complex instructions that are disjointed references that cause flipping backing forth many pages. I have used Garmin which I prefer. Excellent Audio/Sound system with many sources Not a luxury ride which could be improved. Nevertheless, it is the vehicle of my choice."

"The 12 camry is not direct injected, nor is it turbo charged, nor does it have a CVT tranny! These are long term reliability issues and will require more $ spent on service! The new model has a more aerodynamic body than a 10 year old vette or 911 porche and is roomy, quiet, safe and more upscale this year! You can find an SE 2.5 (recommend) for $22,000 which includes a power seat before tax and lic only and that's a bargain! Compact car mpg and close to 200hp at that price is the best buy easy in the class! The accord seems like a fine car, but is direct injected with a cvt (read forums) and all now llok and drive exc-it's just the engine/drivetrain difference-camry takes the traditional approach! Cheap to insure and exc re-sale! No brainer folks where I come from for best value commuter! Picky Engineer"
