"This car features: ABS, working air conditioning (after 20 years!), 5-speed manual transmission, T-Tops. The car is astonishingly fast and agile. I get 28 MPG even with increased boost. The front trunk is good for tools, and you can fit a couple duffel bags in the back trunk for trips. The car turns heads everywhere. People strike up conversations and say "never sell it!" I'll take their advice. This is the most fun and beautiful car I've ever owned. Amazing online community for advice and parts. This is the MR2 that all other MR2s are judged against. Just be careful not to push it too hard, like all supercars you need to respect them or they'll bite."

"For the price of a new one, you get a lot of bang for your buck. The gas usage is equal to that of any car. It's easy for a middle aged man to get in and out of and is comfortable to ride in. And the body styling will surely turn heads. Granted, it's no where near the capability of a Corvette, Porsche, or BMW but it shouldn't be for the sticker price. Comparable to the Subaru STI, Honda S2000, Mitsubishi Evolution, and Nissan 350Z."

"The MR2 is designed beautifully on the exterior. Interior looks great, very simple and clean its what you would expect from the eary 90's The handling is awsome stock, but can't wait to put wider tires on."

'91 MR2 Naturally Aspirated

"As a new owner of a '91 MR2, I'm thrilled. Good gas mileage on the naturally aspirated motor rated at 22/28, the near handling of higher end sports cars such as a Nissan 300ZX and Porsche Boxster, for pennies. Great weekend car and still a looker for a body that's 15 years old. Looks far better than most cars on the road."
