"We wanted a larger truck with 4 doors and enough towing power to get around. We purchased the 2006 Toyota Tundra 4 door SR5 because I liked the style of the older tundra. We are diehard Toyota fans, as I replaced my 96 4Runner with 275K....still keeping It cause I still love it. I expect to go 250-300K easily on this Tundra - Highly recommended."

"I've owned Toyota vehicles for years but until this truck, I never owned a Tundra. This has been the best truck I've ever owned. It is quiet, roomy, and has plenty of power to do what needs doing. Travelling is a lot easier now as this is a very comfortable vehicle to drive or ride as a passenger."

"I PURCHASED A 2006 TUNDRA CREW CAB, SR5, 2WD W/20K MILES, AFTER DRIVING THE NEWER LARGER TUNDRAS. THIS VEHICLE IS OUTSTANDING, HAVING SEVERAL GOODIES THAT I WASN'T EXPECTING LIKE THE SLIDING REAR WINDOW. THE SMALLER TUNDRA FITS ME AND THE GARAGE BETTER THAN THE NEWER SIZES. THE RIDE IS GREAT FOR A PICKUP. THE MILEAGE IS 20MPG ON THE HIGHWAY. THE JBL SOUND SYSTEM HAS 8 SPEAKERS, 6 FRONT, 2 REAR. EXCELLENT BUY."

Nice Being "Above the Road", Than Before!

"Prior to driving my 2004, Pontiac Grand AM/GT, I had a 2004, Hyunda Santa Fe, SUV. Before that I had a 1994, Jeep Grand Cherokee. And before that, I had a 1992, Chevy Astro Van. So I really missed sitting in a vehicle that permitted to be relatively "higher up", allowing a better observation of the surrounding area and the road ahead. Furthermore, when driving or even riding in a raised vehicle that is behind another raised vehicle, e.g. a pick-up truck, your visability isn't blocked as much as it would be when being in a car. Also, I find in having a Tundra Truck as being a very practical piece of equipment! Particularly when it comes to moving supplies +/or large pieces of equipment/tools around. As well as favors for family & friends when it comes to moving a few pieces of furniture too! Overall, it's not bad on gas mileage for a V8 w/Towing Pkg.! It drives & runs smoothly! And has quite a few of the typical dashboard "Bells & Whistles"! Ironically, even the seats heat up! The way I look at it, more than likely...my next vehicle will be moving up from the Toyota Tundra that I currently have with the Access Cab, to the Toyota Tundra (4 Door) Crew Cab V8 w/Towing Pkg."

"Beautiful smooth quiet ride. Newer models have overdone the grill. Push button 4x4 very convenient in our weather. We prefer access cab to crew cab. I want a truck not a car."
