"This vehicle has performance and features of cars/trucks costing ten thousand more. Examples include 268 hp All Wheel Drive performance that makes it a "stealth" racer. The sequential shifter mounted on the dash (not console) make it nearly a race machine and similar fun to a sportscar with paddle shifters. Lay rubber (20 INCH WHEELS) with all four tires!! IT TOWS and has cargo capacity far beyond its competition. Shoulder room in the interior is amazing. The bluetooth capability for streaming your MP3 player sound through the stereo is really cool. Downsides include: The seats are just not adjustable enough and have no memory. They are too wide and hard to feel "snuggled in". Road noise is a little higher than it could be. The "tow package" is incomplete, it actually does not include a hitch receiver; you have to do that yourself as it is not a factory option."

"Purchased 3 months ago. Have driven Maximas and Accords for years. Wanted a little more room. Test drove RDX, CR-V, Rav 4, Venza, Nissan Rouge, Equinox and Escape. Within minutes of buying the RDX. Decided to buy the Venza because it is made in Kentucky. Very glad I did. Plenty of room for 4 golf bags and guys. No one that has riden with me has anything but praise for this car. When everyone loves it, that pretty much says it all. I test drove the I4, then the V6. Decided on the V6 to be safe, but the I4 would have been fine. Pretty much loaded with FWD. Very happy with this, so far."

"The 6cyl AWD Venza 2010 has performed wonderfully. The ride is suprisingly smooth. The 6 cylinder has good get up and go. Impressive. The 6 cyl AWD 2010 Venza with the leather package, oversize tires, and added features is by far the most eye pleasing vehicle Toyota makes. Some people call it a station wagon on steroids. Call it what you want. What a Nice, stylish looking car. Check one out you'll see. I strongly recommed this vehicle to anyone looking for style, AWD, and plenty of room. This is one nice / good crossover."

"Venza is my dream car. The most important things that I like are the smart key system and Bluetooth phone connection. The smart key gives me many features such as I can use the remote to lock/unlock or open the rear door or just keep it in pocket and then open the door and press the start button. Bluetooth is great. It gives me the opportunity to talk or dial without carrying the phone on hand. The model I drive is 2010; 4 cylinder; 2.7; FWD. The gas mileage is average 28m/g for both city and highway."

"The awd, six cylinder is quiet, roomy and a pleasure to drive. I think you need the six, if you want some performance. The four cylinder is a bit slow. I compared the Venza to the Honda Crosstour, Acura RDX and Lexus. The car is superb. My only complaint is that the gas mileage could be better. I leased it for under 400 dollars with nothing down. Negotiate aggressively with your dealer."

"They promise 21 to 28 MPG. I get about 20. They mileage is no better than my GMC Jimmy I had. I should of went with the Chevy Equinox for that mileage.!!!"

"The best Cross Over out there. Has great Safety features and enough room so everyone is comfortable. Super easy to get in and out of. Better than any other SUV. Love that the Hatch is power and opening is waist height. Makes it easy to get things in and out. Decent gas mileage, keeps increasing as I drive, now up to 22.4 on 6cyl AWD and handles like a sports car. Amazing in the snow! During my test drive I tried to get stuck but I couldn't. The Salesman kept laughing. You will not be disappointed. Only downfall I can see is you need to use the back up camera as you have some visibility issues backing up. Wish it had some more luxury options like Laser Cruise Control, Memory seats, Head lamp washers. But then it would be a Lexus and I couldn't afford it. Actually liked it much better than the RX. Handling felt more in control. I think Test Drivers should drive it again with their eyes open."

"Had mine only for a few days, but I have not liked driving in any car more than my avalon for the last 10 years.. I really do not understand the professional car.com editors review.. Seemed like thay hated everything about the venza.. I test drove a Honda CRV, then the Venza.. The venza felt to me like it handled better, and definitly had better acceleration (while being larger, and getting better MPG too at the same time).. Bumps/etc that used to be major bumps with my avalon, are now minor things.. The back opens up very large in case you need to haul something.. This review made me assign stars to things I couldnt possibly know (like reliability.. for a new car).. I also have a diff opinion on the transmission that the editor (buut then again I dont drive many diff cars).. I found it to down shift quickly anytime I press the gas (shifting fery smoothly).. I feel like there is power there if I want it, but I strive for economy (if you want power the 4 cyl with rev high / as expected for a smallish engine).. I did not try to do any kind of emergency avoidance driving, but my feeling is it would handle well (I did watch a video of the venza v/v accord crosstour, and the venza clearly won).. I got white, which is a creamy pearl white (like on the lexus).. Really wanted the heated seats, but none were available is GA.. The center console is outstanding (you can configure it, the usb and power outlet are inside so the wires can be inside the console instead of all over the place).."
