Cadillac's new compact sports sedan helps redeem the brand from such misses as the Catera and Cimarron from the 1980s and '90s, says Cars.com reviewer Joe Wiesenfelder. With the 2013 ATS, Cadillac put an emphasis on handling and powertrain and it shows. Wiesenfelder put the ATS through its paces at the Roebling Road Raceway just outside Savannah, Ga. The turbocharged 2.0-liter impresses with a sub-6-second zero-to-60 time, though the manual transmission could use some refinement, Wiesenfelder says.
