SUV shoppers, take note: The redesigned Lexus RX is nearly here. A perennial favorite in the luxury crowd, the current Lexus RX debuted as a 2010 model all the way back in November 2008, so it’s about time for a redesign. Lexus released a teaser shot of the new SUV, which shows a raked-forward C-pillar that could signal a coupe-like profile. Expect full details when the fourth-gen RX debuts at the 2015 New York International Auto Show on April 1.

Despite its age, the RX’s popularity remains strong. Lexus sold 107,490 RX 350 and RX 450h SUVs in 2014, according to Automotive News. That’s up 3.4 percent versus 2013, and it outsold every other luxury car except for BMW’s 3 Series/4 Series.

We’ll cover the new SUV from bumper to bumper at the auto show, so stay tuned for details.
