CARS.COM — SUVs are a hot segment right now, and sales are exploding. Automakers are trying to grab a slice of the pie and are offering unique twists on the SUV class. Case in point is the performance-oriented 2017 Mercedes-AMG GLC43. It’s based on Mercedes-Benz’s GLC-Class luxury compact SUV, but it’s been amped up by the automaker’s AMG sub-brand to drive like a totally different, much sportier vehicle.
