On the outside, all 2023 Q8 and SQ8 models now get standard “HD Matrix” LED headlights and headlight washers. Inside, newly available packages add imitation leather with stitching to the dashboard on the Premium trim; the stitched surfaces extend to the center console and armrests in Premium Plus variants. Premium models with the Convenience Package also now feature adaptive cruise control with lane departure steering assist, and the top Prestige trim now comes with Remote Park Assist Plus that can automatically move in and out of a parallel parking spot. The Executive Package for the Premium Plus now offers a quieter interior thanks to the addition of dual-pane glass. Lastly, the range-topping RS Q8 gets a Nappa leather interior package and rear electric sunshades standard.
The 2023 Q8 is powered by a 335-horsepower, turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder. The SQ8 and RS Q8 embrace a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V-8 that makes 500 hp in the SQ8 and 591 hp in the RS Q8. An eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive are standard on all models.
